Inspire Auto Glass

Inspire was recommended to me for my windshield replacement for my 2013 ridgeline and after looking at reviews, I can honestly say the reviews are spot on, if not understated. Inspire has services that span both Westchester and Connecticut. Since I was pressed for time, I needed an immediate replacement and the owner, Chino, accommodated me. Although I could have had the replacement done at my home, I decided to drive from White Plains to Waterbury (90 mins) because I wanted Chino, specifically, to do the job and he agreed to fit me in.....and I am SO glad I did. I observed the entire process and the first thing I noticed was how careful and meticulous Chino approached the job. He was very mindful on removing and protecting the moldings, and even the original clips ( which sometimes break). He took his time and was extremely thorough in his removal of old adhesives, prepping of the base, and the installation of the new glass. Further, although personable and friendly, he was also very focused. I've had experience with glass replacement before, and in comparison, Chino did not worry about how much time it took...he seemed intent on the quality of the job to get it right. The quoted price was relatively inexpensive compared to his competitors, and definitely much better than Safelite. But because he did such an amazing job, and given his effort, I felt it only fair to give him a few dollars more ( gladly). In these current times, you don't see too many technicians actually take the time to complete a job right the first time around. Based on the final outcome, my 3 hour round-trip was well worth the effort. Kudos to Chino on his professionalism, his abilities, and his work ethic. If you need ANY glass repair, I HIGHLY recommend you seek out Inspire Auto Glass, and if possible, make the trip to have Chino complete the job. Called these guys and set up an appointment at my soonest available opportunity. They came out to my location and removed my car's broken back glass, vacuumed out the inside of the car and replaced the glass all timely and professionally. For my car's circumstances, it was cheaper than using Safelite.
