This guy at the Waterbury Auto Glass is a real SCAMMER. I ordered a windshield in the beginning of the month gave him the $150 deposit. He says the windshield will be here in a couple of days don’t hear nothing. I go to the office and asked for my deposit back and he shows me a no refund sign as all SCAMMERS DO! Still no windshield and it’s at the end of the month. My car is now in the auto body shop and STILL NO WINDSHIELD. Please DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Oh as I wait in the office he looking right in my FACE and continues to ignore me because it was my THIRD TIME THERE. And GUESS WHAT? NO FREAKIN’ WINDSHIELD. Waterbury Auto Glass is HORRIBLE!

First vehicle I had done with them, came late. The workers were just sitting in the van. For how long, I don’t know. Didn’t call or knock on the door. They were rude. Like I interrupted them to do their job. Second vehicle. Appointment made. Owner said the technician is running behind. Wanted to possibly reschedule. No sorry, you wasted my time again! Not my problem their behind. I can’t just make an appointment at their convenience. I do have a job too. Don’t use their services. I've been doing business with Waterbury Auto Glass for 10 solid years - I'm always happy with their service but today they just blew me away! I had an appointment for drop off replacement windshield and passenger door glass scheduled for tomorrow but THEY CAME TO ME today! Did it right outside my job! The installation tech was polite and was in and out of here in no time! Thanks again guys! You're amazing!

I mean when I tell you QUALITY service, I mean it AND the price was reasonable compared to others that were charging an arm and leg. They were able to get me in and out the SAME day. Went out to car to leave for work to discover vandals had broken windows on multiple cars in my neighborhood One call to Waterbury Auto Glass and replacement window ordered. Direct dealing with insurance company. All I had to due was show up a couple hours later and situation resolved. Thank You Waterbury Auto Glass for same day, courteous service.

The entire experience was amazing!! Geico called their office and set up the install and my window was replaced right away!! After waiting a month and a half for satellite auto glass to fix it, Waterbury auto glass is the best and David and Ken were so professional!!

I stupidly backed my car into the corner of a stupid dumpster, which resulted in shattering my rear windshield. I called Waterbury Auto Glass. They worked with my insurance, quoted me a price, and replaced the glass within 24 hours. Customer. For. Life. Thank you!!!

They stated that I needed a new window regulator and they told me to return the 1 that I had purchased and they would install one that he got. He supposedly installed 1 he got and it didn't work. He charged 250.00 for fixing the window which still does not open.

11am appointment, didn’t take the car until 12pm. Waited another 2.5 hours for a windshield when I was the only customer in the entire place. Never come here. Horrible service. Understaffed and probably underpaid employees being overworked
