Inspire was recommended to me for my windshield replacement for my 2013 ridgeline and after looking at reviews, I can honestly say the reviews are spot on, if not understated. Inspire has services that span both Westchester and Connecticut. Since I was pressed for time, I needed an immediate replacement and the owner, Chino, accommodated me. Although I could have had the replacement done at my home, I decided to drive from White Plains to Waterbury (90 mins) because I wanted Chino, specifically, to do the job and he agreed to fit me in.....and I am SO glad I did. I observed the entire process and the first thing I noticed was how careful and meticulous Chino approached the job. He was very mindful on removing and protecting the moldings, and even the original clips ( which sometimes break). He took his time and was extremely thorough in his removal of old adhesives, prepping of the base, and the installation of the new glass. Further, although personable and friendly, he was also very focused. I've had experience with glass replacement before, and in comparison, Chino did not worry about how much time it took...he seemed intent on the quality of the job to get it right. The quoted price was relatively inexpensive compared to his competitors, and definitely much better than Safelite. But because he did such an amazing job, and given his effort, I felt it only fair to give him a few dollars more ( gladly). In these current times, you don't see too many technicians actually take the time to complete a job right the first time around. Based on the final outcome, my 3 hour round-trip was well worth the effort. Kudos to Chino on his professionalism, his abilities, and his work ethic. If you need ANY glass repair, I HIGHLY recommend you seek out Inspire Auto Glass, and if possible, make the trip to have Chino complete the job. I suspect his employees are of similar skill, given Chino's meticulous nature, and I have no doubt anyone who contracts Inspire for their needs will come away extremely satisfied.ServicesAuto windshield replacementPrice assessmentGreat price

Great experience. Had my windshield replaced through Travelers Insurance. Windshield replacement was scheduled for the next day between 1-6PM with Safelite Auto Glass. I was really impressed with SafeLites communication process. Immediately received a text message confirming the scheduled windshield replacement. The next day, Aaron from Safelite called me first thing in the morning to let me know I was 7th on his list of of clients, so that he would arrive closer to 4:30/5PM. I really appreciate Aaron taking the time to narrow down the ETA so I could make the most of my day. Aaron checked in again mid day to give me a more precise time. He anrrived on time in a company vehicle with Safelite clearly marked on the side of the vehicle (verses a contractor in an unmarked van). Aaron was very polite and professional. He took time to answer my questions and finished the job in under an hour. He was very respectful of the property and didn’t leave behind any scraps or debris from the job. The windshield and workmanship look great. No visible glue or scratches. I don’t know much about windshields as far as the quality of the glass or windshield itself. Outside noticing that in the lower left corner is says “Made in USA”. Something I can appreciate. Overall it was a great experience doing business with Travelers and Safelite Auto Glass.
