This company is great! Called for a quote and the receptionist (don’t remember her name) was so friendly and very helpful, she took my name and info to hold the quote in their system for me. I called around a few other places and everywhere else was more expensive and booked out for a month! I called back the next day and they were able to schedule me in 2 days later. These guys offer FREE MOBILE SERVICE!!! That was the cherry on top! Day of service I got a call from the tech 15 mins before arriving. He was friendly! And SO QUICK! I think it took him maybe 20 mins to finish, I couldn’t believe it. Again, the other places I called said it would take a couple hours! Overall great company! Precision Auto Glass has replaced several windshields for me over the past 2 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of the glass and the fit and finish of Precision's installation. This week after having another windshield replaced, I encountered an issue where the windshield washer hose was left unconnected after the installation. Jeremy came to my location in Boulder within hours of my call to Precision and remedied the problem. No company gets it right all the time - that's human. How a company responds when something needs additional attention tells a lot about the company and the folks working there. Jeremy and Precision Auto Glass truly are the best and I recommend them without reservation.

I needed the windshield replaced in my Subaru Outback. After three visits and two new windshields over the course of two weeks, they were unable to recalibrate the Eyesight safety system. While I appreciate their diligence in attempting to resolve this issue, this seems like a core component of their business, especially given the prevalence of Subarus in Colorado. Response to the owner: “we deemed it has an internal issue” yeah, and you tried to sell me a new camera system. I took it to the Subaru dealership and there was nothing wrong with the camera hardware or software - they successfully recalibrated it without any issue. If you own a Subaru - take it elsewhere!

From the first phone call to the installation, Precision was easy to work with and professional. Over the phone they described the full process. They then walked me through filing a claim with State Farm and were able to get everything setup with both the glass replacement and the insurance claim over the phone in a few minutes. They made it so easy. I paid them only the deductible as I would for any other company. The installation went smoothly, the installer did a very nice job. I'd highly recommend them and I personally would much rather give my money to a local company than a corporate chain.

My experience getting a windshield replaced was great! When I called, my appointment was made smoothly with no confusion about the process. Also, the installer was professional, courteous, had the windshield quickly replaced and was thorough in cleaning up the flakes of glass. The price for the glass and services was also on point for what I've experienced from a previous windshield replacement. It also helps that they go to your vehicle where it is parked. I'd definitely recommend Precision Auto Glass when a windshield needs fixed/replaced!

I've used Precision Auto Glass twice and both have been great experiences. Very quick and easy to get scheduled. Pricing is direct and includes all fees, labor, and taxes. They were able and willing to change locations day of without a problem. When I was shopping around other places quoted me for similar prices but ended up being almost $100 more expensive after adding all their additional fees. Will definitely be a returning customer if I ever need more work done.

Couldn’t have asked for better service to replacing a side window. Made the appt. with a LIVE person and Jeremy came out in one day to clean up the glass and fit a new one. The total was $210 less than the “other guys with the TV jingle” who only have non-human and confusing contact. Window needs a new regulator. First rate job by technician Jeremy Baune on my 2006 Subaru Outback. He was friendly and efficient and on time. I had purchased a replacement rearview mirror from Super Rupair in Boulder, and Jeremy installed it in place of the old mirror with no difficulties. The new windshield looks great, and the replacement mirror (with compass and dimming mechanism) works just the way it should. Thank you to Jeremy and to Boulder Precision Auto Glass.

I made my appointment on a Friday. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful (I don't recall her name; sorry!). I'm impressed that Precision had the windshield I needed for my 1998 4Runner. Installation was done in my Boulder driveway three days later, on Monday. The cost was very reasonable.
