TL;DR - They treated me like a family member when I was in a pinch and I'll always appreciate that. Would recommend calling them first. My car was broken into last night at the gym in Lafayette. I stopped by Safelite in the morning and then called about ten shops to try and source a window before this weekends storms (rain and 40-100mph winds expected). Nobody could find one until next sometime week at the absolute soonest. Toyota themselves only had two available in the country (California). There wasn't a junk yard in town with a used part available either. Glass was available online and through amazon, but couldn't arrive for a few weeks. Delta was able to find one in south Denver and shifted their schedule around to go all the way down and back to Boulder in time to have it fixed the same day. No other shop could find this option nor would they even offer to go that extra mile. Demonstrated a lot of professionalism and care to drive across the city and do that for a complete stranger.

Steve did an amazing job with the windshield replacement for my car. He reached out to me very quickly after I filed the insurance claim and was able to order the windshield to have it arrive the next day. When it looked like the windshield was going to arrive a little later than expected, he was open with the communication and graciously offered a few different options (some of which would have meant late hours or coming in on an off day for him). He picked my car up from my house, flawlessly installed it, and then returned my car without any kind of mess. I didn’t even have to step foot in the shop! Steve was very kind throughout our entire correspondence and I’m thrilled with my new windshield.

It’s true, there are still good hearted people in this world, and Steve is one of them! I was driving my bosses truck “for the first time” and wouldn’t you know it, I get stuck behind one of those big wheeled trucks and a rock flys up into the bosses windshield and crack. As luck would have it, I come across Steve in the middle of changing a windshield in a nearby neighborhood, so I stopped to get his opinion on my situation. Steve couldn’t have been more user friendly or fixed it any faster, allowing me to return the bosses truck with a resolved issue, instead of a new problem. Thank you Steve and Delta Auto Glass!

Whats great about Delta Auto Glass is the responsiveness to a claim. I can reach Steve via phone or text and were able to set appointments without hassle. He can come to your place or in this case, I met him at a cafe while he went to work. he’s efficient, professional and overall great to interact with. Highly recommend his company. did my claim via statefarm. Thanks again for getting my windshield replaced in record time!

I had a rock hit my windshield at 5:15pm. It was a big spidery crack. I knew by morning, I'd have to replace the windshield. I called/texted Steven. He replied quickly, met me a few minutes later, and had the crack repaired by 6pm. Amazing service! He was kind, responsive and did a great job saving my windshield. I highly recommend Delta and will call Steven the next time I need to replace or repair a windshield.

Steve from Delta Glass was super professional from the start. I was contacted quickly to set up an appointment at my home. He arrived during the time frame he set up with me. He fixed my windshield with no trouble and was kind and courteous. I thought an appointment like this would dominate my Saturday. It did not thanks to Steve from Delta Glass. Grateful and impressed!

Steve did a great job replacing the windshield on my Sprinter van. He was timely, kind, and communicative. The job was challenging because of the large windshield and unexpected rust from a previous shoddy installation by another outfit. Delta's price was better than a competitor's estimate, which I appreciated since I was paying out of pocket.

At home service! Steve did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was top notch and I watched much of this install out of curiosity. This was on a Tesla Model Y windshield which is a difficult install. Top recommendation for anyone else needing windshield replacement. Some installs require installation in a building and he does that as well.

Amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the quick turnaround to amazing work. The glass used is really nice (better than the OEM IMO). From when I put the claim in through my insurance, Steve called 1-2 days later and was at my house fixing it 2 days after that. Great turnaround and service. Highly recommended!

Delta provided me with excellent customer service, and worked around my schedule to have the windshield replaced. They provide a great quality work, work fast and neatly; finished by the promised time. I highly recommend Delta Auto Glass!
