Terrible experience. They gave me a price before the service and in the end they charged me $140 more without justification. When I complained, they got defensive and forced me to pay. Every time I asked about prices, they insisted that I call them instead of giving me a response by text, clearly so as not to leave evidence. In addition, the receipts are in other people's names, which makes me doubt their transparency. The work was a disaster: the windows were poorly installed, they used adhesive tape to hide it and broke plastic staples without taking responsibility. Bad service, poor quality and zero clarity. I do not recommend them. If you go, demand everything in writing and review it carefully before paying.

Speed, efficiency, and the most amazing customer service! We reached out to them around 9am, dropped off the car at about 10:15am, and got a text that the car was ready at 11:02am. The turnaround time is insane. They had a few other cars there so I was expecting it to be at least a couple hours, but they got it done quickly and with lots of enthusiasm. I believe it's a family owned shop and when you step right in, you also feel like family (even if it's for 5 minutes). 10/10, definitely recommend and if I ever need any windshield or auto glass services, I will be back! . Good Day___My experience with Majesty Auto Glass was very great. My landlord did not close my car's hood after putting water into the radiator. Soon as I hit freeway speed the hood flew up___smashed my windshield. Majesty was here the very next morning. The installation was clean and fast. The workers were very pleasant . I have an amputated leg (cancer), so it's important to have my car in safe working order. I highly recommend Majesty Auto Glass for your needs. There price was fair, with fast, good service. I needed a new windshield for my daughter's 2012 Ford Escape, and wanted to support a local business. I called. They were very nice and took me in that day. It was a mistake. They did an incredibly sloppy, makeshift job. Rather than be honest and tell me that they did not have the right parts to seal the windshield, they covered their shoddy work with tape, told me to leave it on for two days, and actually thought we wouldn't notice the noise and the gaps between the body frame and the window seal. I recommend you steer clear of this business.

We were traveling cross country and lost the mirror out of our driver side. We delayed leaving San Diego 1 day due to no side mirror. They had the part (actually got 2 parts to be sure they had one that worked) and the mirror fixed all in 2 hours. When I pulled up they started directing me into the work bay. They were expecting me. My California heros! Shout out to the entire crew and especially Daniel. Wonderful wonderful folk. Took a bad situation and made it go away.

They guys at Majesty Auto Glass took care of me and my 2018 Subaru WRX in quick and successful fashion. I had 2 small chips and quarter size spider crack(the reason I went in). Johnny made quick work of them and now they're repaired and barely noticeable. Can't recommend him and Majesty Glass enough. I drove in and in about 20 minutes was out with my fixed windshield and an awesome price for 3 chips. Give them a call, great guys and happy to work on your car.

I called about repairing the motor /regulator for the back passenger window of my old Jeep. They requested I bring it in, and they got on it it right away. We’re actively looking for replacement parts. In the meantime , Majesty Glass lubricated the seals of the other passenger window that was struggling, and now it works perfectly. I know Georgie and his team are motivated to find my parts and get me on my way. Thanks!

I was lucky enough to find these guys online. In case you don't know, finding someone to replace sunroof is not as easy as you would think. I called them up and Daniel said they could get me in right away as it was gonna rain. Without me even asking, he said let me see if I can locate a used one to save you some money. Great shop, fast service and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had both services home visit and at the shop, these guys are charming with they are very professional and at great prices. I would recommend to many other people.
