I called 3 different places to repair a broken window (Theft & Grab) multiple window repair companies quoted me max $400.00 with a 1 week waiting period for a 2008 Honda Accord!!! In my opinion, this is ridiculous. However, when I called Gino there was no additional hassle. He offered same day service at $250.00. Not to mention, this included tax. He was very professional and transparent. He vacuumed my car out and swept up the glass in front of my garage from replacing the window. Quality customer service is very difficult to come across now and days, especially due to the pandemic. I couldn’t be a happier paying customer. He is truly a honest hardworking man who represents his company well. It barely even took an hour to replace the window. Absolutely amazing customer service! I just recently received windshield repair service after a rock hit my windshield on the way to work. I knew I couldn't afford the $500 deductible through my insurance, and I also remember from experience that if the mark isn't bigger than 6 inches it's reparable at no cost in most cases. However, with my insurance I couldn’t get same day services. Luckily, I found this company through a Google search. Within 30 minutes, I was able to receive SAME DAY services, and the owner accommodated me saving me $400. (Not including tip) Of course, I didn't leave a review right away. I waited until the weekend past because it was raining the next day, and I took my car for a wash this past Sunday. My windshield is up and still fine. Hands down the best services I've received. Had our windshield replaced in our 1999 National Tradewinds motorhome for the fist time last year and had nothing but problems with this other glass company. They just couldn't align the windshield correctly leaving a gap on one side and then the other and then they ended up telling my insurance company that I had structural problems so they wouldn't warranty the work. After getting an evaluation from a shop and proving them wrong they agreed to reopen my case. This time I had them call A Auto Glass, Gino and Eddie came right away these guys did a fantastic job, hard workers, honest and professional and guarantee their work . We are finally able to drive my motorhome and we can't thank them enough.

My quarter window was shot at and broken on my truck and no other glass company or my own insurance had the glass available until weeks out. I requested a quote online to A auto glass and within minutes Gino called me back with a quote and estimated delivery of the glass for installation. I contacted Gino for a replacement on my rear windshield after it got smashed on the street one night. I was in the middle of the school semester and I was so stressed about finding the time to go out and get my window repaired. Luckily I remembered that I had worked with A Auto glass before and decided to call them. They gave me a great deal and they even came to me to do the replacement. Cannot rave eno about their services and prices. Elsewhere at other supposed budget friendly places I was quoted almost double and told it would be a few days cause they had to order my glass. I'm glad I called around and found these guys. He told me he would be at my house tomorrow and he showed up even a Lil early and 25-30 mins later I had a nice new windshield. The guys were really nice. I would definitely refer them as they really live up to their 5 Star rating.

I appreciate doing business with an honest person. I'd thought my windshield was bad enough to need a replacement, so I made the appointment for a new windshield. But after looking at it, Gino said he could try to repair it. He was in fact able to repair it. Even though Gino would have made more money if he replaced the window like I'd initially requested, he saved me a lot of money, and I appreciate it. The window looks great. I would highly recommend this business.
