This place is amazing - if i could give 6+ stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! The president of AGS, Tom, is super friendly and approachable. The office manager, Marisa, is a complete doll-super quick and helpful. I had a break in on my car, where someone smashed my passenger window, and she was able to squeeze me in with their highly skilled glass specialists, same day. They did an amazing job, cleaned ALL of the glass out of my car (even in the little nooks and crannies), quickly replaced my window, and it was all affordable. I’ve had my windows tinted by Anthony as well, who re-tinted the replacement window before installation. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! 10/10 will go again, and recommend to everyone. I’m so happy with this place, I won’t go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

My mom found this place when her windshield cracked. She had nothing but good things to say so when my windshield cracked a few months later, I knew where’s I was going to go. They did a great job replacing the windshield. No scratches were found anywhere, so they must have been careful with all the trim. My car has all the sensors that need to be realigned after replacing the glass. They were able to do that no problem. All the work is guaranteed so really there isn’t much to worry about. Yeah it was expensive, but their prices are competitive. It’s just an expensive item to replace, especially with the realignment procedure. Marisa was lovely. She’s a very nice and accommodating person. Can’t ask for anything better than that. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I’ll be back

My moms windshield cracked and was leaking really bad from the previous company that installed her windshield. I contacted Auto Glass Specialist as I was referred to them from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. First of all, Marissa the girl who answered the phone was so professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! After talking to her, regardless of price I knew I would use this company. Their price was very competitive and knowing a large dealership referred me, I would have no problem. They came the next day, the installer was amazing. He was on time, let me know when he was on way and got it done quickly. Will definitely use this company again! A+ from beginning to end.

I was on a family trip to the Grand canyon and a large rock hit my windshield causing a deep chip in my windshield. I returned to San Diego and called Auto Glass Specialists the next day, I wanted to get it repaired as quick as possible for fear of it spreading and costing me a new windshield. Tom had his guy out to my work a couple hours later. He was extremely professional and very polite. The windshield was repaired and they saved me from the cost of a new windshield. I highly recommend Tom and all of his guys.

We have used Auto Glass Specialists (AGS) many times over the last 20 years. We keep returning because we always receive friendly, prompt, thorough & courteous service from Tom & his team. Every. Single. Time! They are so awesome, they even coordinate with our auto insurance & come to us! Our experiences with AGS include windshields, side windows that wouldn’t roll up/down & an automatic sunroof that took a large rock through it while driving down the freeway! Don’t go anywhere else. Get great service at AGS!!!

Yes!!! AGS and Malia come through again!!! I have a 6 mos old 2022 Tacoma and AGS are the ONLY people I'll ever trust. They get me OE Glass and go above and beyond to help me out both times by picking up my auto and helping me!!! They replaced the glass with OE Toyota Pilkington and I couldn't be happier AGAIN with what they provide for their clients. I can't recommend these folks enough! I hope they never go away! The service I received from Auto Glass Specialists was Top-Tier! Marisa was able to get me scheduled the next day and was detailed about the process and what I could expect. My technician, Pedro, was very communicative. He called me 15min prior to his arrival and also talked me through the process. Pedro was able to fill the chip and minimize the appearance of lines. Truly appreciative and satisfied with the service and results. I will refer my family and friends in the future. Thank you!

I had the most phenomenal experience using Auto Glass Specialists. After a really hectic accident and week, Marissa and the rest of this expert team made it such a seamless and effortless experience. I was really lucky to find them. You don't often find "bedside manner" when it comes to your car, but they made sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process- even when it came to my insurance coverage. 20/10 recommend using this company. They actually care.

Top tier customer service. Highly recommend. They replaced my windshield thru my insurance. Everything was great until i notice they ripped the cord out of my phone mount charger completely destroying the cable. After communication with them they offered to replace it($50) and everything worked out in the end! They went above and beyond to make things right.
