Golden Stars auto glass

We found Wally at Golden Stars Auto Glass on Yelp. He was one of three businesses we contacted to get a quote. Wally gave us the best deal and was the best communicator of those businesses so we scheduled an appointment. I was very impressed with how friendly Wally was when we got to the shop. He gave us chairs, sodas, and let us use the restroom. My windshield was replaced in less time than I thought it would take. I don't anticipate breaking another windshield any time soon but will use Golden Stars for other future auto maintenance. I really appreciate how courteous and professional Wally was.

This is the SECOND time I have used Golden Stars Auto Glass. I live in Orange County and the first driving through San Diego from Mexico and needed a chip repair right away/ I called Wally and we found a meeting spot, he repaired my chip fast, professionally, and in a short amount of time. When cle3aning my windshield he found another smaller chip that I wasn't even aware of and made sure that would crack. The second time I was near home In OC and got a really big crack on my windshield. It was on a Sunday and Wally accommodated me and met me and repaired the crack and prevented any further cracking. His service, knowledge, and professionalism has me driving from OC to SD.

This was my second visit here and I hardly recognise my car. Wally really did quality work and goes the extra mile. The first time he fixed my rear window and even got the motor working again. Then I came back for my windshield which he did an outstanding job on the molding. Looks better than before! Plus he even fixed my side mirror. This guy is very personable and fast! And he did at such a fair price especially for this struggling college student. I highly would recommend Wally and thank you for showing me too what head lights are supposed to look like. Lol I will definitely be coming back for future business

He did my car in September. So better late than never for this review. I got his number from another mechanic shop guy. Best recommendation ever. My sunroof motor died and it got stuck open. I drive a Mini Cooper and it is hard to find people to work on my kind of car without going to the dealership. There was rain in the forecast later that week. I called him and he came the next day to my house and got it to close. I am super happy with his work. Very reasonable priced as well. Going to be calling him back to hopefully install a new motor for the sunroof to work again. Definitely recommend him!!

All I can say is wow. I am extremely pleased with Golden stars auto glass and Wally. He was super friendly and kind and understanding of my situation. He fixed the problem that others were quoting my hundreds of dollars for and ensured id be satisfied while staying in my budget. I feel so much relief now that my windows are fixed and he did it quickly and never rushed me, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Contacted Wally early in the morning for a Subaru Outback windshield and he got it delivered from Riverside same day! He got it replaced at an address I provided in about a half hour before the rain started. Very wholesome dude. Made small talk during the whole process and even got himself an additional potential customer while working. Voluntarily provided info on the steps he was taking, tools he was using, and the materials he was applying. Completely satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish and would happily recommend to anyone.

I was in need of a new windshield, and I didn’t want to wait til the next day to get one. I called around at many places and everyone said they couldn’t because of the time of day it was. My mom found Wally and he was able to get my windshield just in time before the warehouse closed. He drove out to my location and installed the window for me. It was cheaper than other places too. Very good man. If ever I’m in need of glass repair, I will definitely call him up again.

I had a rock chip my driver window, I didn't take care of it right away and it spread. I was in a bind and needed my window replaced before I got an expensive ticket. I spoke to Wally at Golden Glass Auto and He was able to take me in without an appointment right away. Not only was he fast, friendly and knowledgeable but he beat all the other quotes I had already gotten. We definitely recommend them for all your Auto Glass Needs!
