I had a terrible experience with this mobile windshield company. After they replaced the windshield on my 2023 Honda Civic sedan, my car has never been the same. Not only was the installation poorly done, but the technicians were also disrespectful when I raised concerns about the quality of the repair. They were dismissive and unprofessional, leaving my car damaged and me frustrated. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s disappointing to have trusted them with my new car, only to end up with more problems. This is one of the technicians who is very unprofessional in the pictures.( if they damage your car you have to threaten to take them to small claims court in order for them to pay for damages )

They did their job replacing my windshield, but they took off the side body part piece. The last time I had my windshield replaced they didn’t have to take the body part off. They tried saying that it was previously taken off and that you just have to glue it back on or order the piece through them and they will put it back on. This is my 2nd time replacing my windshield, if your going to take a body part off the vehicle you should put it back on.

Very polite, very patient, our window replacement was at our work site and difficult to get to. The dispatcher and field tech worked with us to complete the process and also allowed us to continue uninterrupted services to our client. Thanks for the professionalism.
