I was contacting different businesses on a Sunday morning to inquire about prices and availability, and by far, this was the best option. Many businesses were closed, did not have a reasonable price, or did not have the windshield available. This place had it all. When I got here, I was helped right away. I am very satisfied with the experience, customer service provided, professionalism, and price. I would 100% recommend. Fast, economical and professional. While there really isn't much of a designated waiting area, where more than two ppl can sit, still, the owner was straight to the point, very concise, and also has a sense of humor which is always a plus, however, the very best quality in my opinion of this establishment, was that after calling around to every auto glass repair place in bakersfield, THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST! (BY FAR!) And it's a good quality window, fits perfect (of course), he gave me the rundown on how to properly care for it and was done VERY QUICKLY! I give it 5 stars outta 5!

The service is good, I found what I was looking for, but as drivers they leave a lot to say, they are the worst. I have witnessed many times how he drives, even yesterday afternoon he passed me on the right on a one-lane street, I had the lights flashing because a person was crossing with his child and he didn't even notice that he went a little further and hit them. That's one of several. Pay attention to that, as it is also important.

Went here for a simple question about a glass crack and the guy that attended me was very very rude almost berating me for asking the question an attitude like he absolutely knows better with an entitlement and ego I would not recommend this place in my experience.

Good guys! I was looking for glass for the truck and found it from them. The price was better than many others. It's a pity that I couldn't leave the trailer and go to them. For this price they would have installed this glass for me. I had to do it myself at home.

Ended up not being able to help us. Google brought them up for windshield repair. We called and they didn't answer so we drove there only to be told that they do not repair windshields.

They got me in the same day and the price was unbeatable! They also helped me with a small fix on another window (that I was just going to leave as is). Super helpful and amazing price!
