I called quite a few shops in Bakersfield. I had previously looking to replace a driver side-rear window after a vandalism took place the night before. Most shops required anywhere from a day to a few to get the window. Not only was their price reasonable, in stock, they come out to you and install the window where ever you at. No extra charge. They were friendly. The prices ranged from as low as 125$ and waiting two days to 200 the following day. They did everything the same day for 160 installed at your door step. Hard to beat this service. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a window fixed. thumbs up

I read the other reviews on here about this place. But decided to go an check them out. Got to say them people have a problem. I called was given a price got had to wait till the owner got back from the store. He arrived asked me about my van asked what I was told I told him. He said no problem. He went an looked at my van said it would be a little more because of the damage to the window frame. I understand that an was happy to pay the total price. It was still half of what the others were quoting me. I spent about a Hour there. Yes he's not a talker or have Great customer service skills. But He does Great work Fast service an Great Prices. I'll be going back next week to get my side window done. O an i even tiped him for his work. I Highly Recommend you going. But remember it's a Auto glass shop not a Luxury car dealerships.

Auto Glass of Bakersfield was great and they had the best price. They came to my house with no extra charge. Done in an hour and no mess left behind. I paid $260 for a 2015 Honda Oddessey windshield. Every other place I called was $350 plus and an additional $300 to calibrate it Auto Glass of Bakersfield was honest and told me it does not need to be calibrated. The Automotive industry wants them to calibrate so they would have to spend 1000's on a machine to calibrate. My new windshield is great. My camera and forward warning system and lane change warning work perfect. Thank you so much Auto Glass of Bakersfield. I've already referred 2 people to you. Keep up the great work.

Originally went to a different shop near the auto mall for a windshield replacement but it kept leaking and dripping water inside where the side curtain airbag is stored behind the A-pillar (even after taking it back for “repairs”). It ran down to the floor board and electrical fuse area before I noticed the leak after our first real rainfall. Bob’s pulled the windshield off and found the original shop didn’t use any primer on the glass and the glue was missing along 3/4’s of the top glass edge. Unbelievable…. They saved the glass for me to see. Steve at Bob’s Auto Glass got me in quickly and did a very professional install (I can see the uniformity of the glue since I had to remove the A-pillar cover to soak up the water from the prior leaking). Don’t waste your time at other shops like I did, just go to Bob’s and get it done right the first time.

My daughter's car was vandalized last night, and it looked as if a bb was shot at her window. It was on the verge of shattering when she saw it this morning. I messaged and called a few places before finding this place on Yelp, and I'm so thankful I did! I called, around 2 pm, and the man who answered said to come right in before 3 pm. My daughter drove her car there, and since I was at work, she was adulting all by her self! She said the workers were so nice to her and a fellow customer, and one of the employees bought her bottled water. They managed to get the window for her car and charged her less than $200. I went straight there after work to check on her, and they were finished, so they finished her window in about an hour and a half. I appreciate how they took care of my daughter and her window. My daughter works part-time, attends SJVC twice a week (full days), and interns at Mercy SW (8 hours) every Saturday and Sunday (which she had to miss today because of this inconvenience), so to get this taken care of with ease, I am so grateful, thank you!

If I could give them a higher score I would. They were not only professional... They were also very accommodating. They gave me options in regards to time as well as how to pay for the service and without even prompting they offered to pick up my car and bring it back when it was ready. I chose to drive my car and drop it off and while I was waiting I was able to watch the interaction between the owner and another customer and I was extremely impressed by not only the professionalism and level of expertise but also the honesty. He gave the customer information on how to save money and even do some of the repair work themselves to avoid additional costs to a repair. When my Jeep was broken into back in 2015, the thieves bashed my driver side window. Upon doing some research I decided to go with Rich's Auto Glass. The level of service and quality of work was second to none. They had their service technician, Issac I believe it was, out the next day. Issac was extremely efficient and had the new window in very quickly. He even vacuumed up the remaining pieces of glass I had failed to pick up.
