Quality Auto Glass and Tint

If I could give them a higher score I would. They were not only professional... They were also very accommodating. They gave me options in regards to time as well as how to pay for the service and without even prompting they offered to pick up my car and bring it back when it was ready. I chose to drive my car and drop it off and while I was waiting I was able to watch the interaction between the owner and another customer and I was extremely impressed by not only the professionalism and level of expertise but also the honesty. He gave the customer information on how to save money and even do some of the repair work themselves to avoid additional costs to a repair. It's so rare to see a business owner really care about their customers. I will definitely go back for any of my glass repair needs and I highly recommend for anyone to use their service. Called because I thought my back window broke. Omar asked me to go see him and let him check to make sure it was the window, and not the device the raises the window up and down. He gave me all options of services he could perform. He was very clear and fair in his options. He was insistent that I understood my options and pricing, and was able to make my own decision without feeling pressured. The issue ended up being the device, so he then offered me choices of getting a part or making it so my window remained permanently up with an option of installing the device with a lifetime warranty at a later time. He was extremely accommodating as I waited for the repair. His office clean and comfortable, which I appreciated as a woman. I wanted to replace my windshield on my armada and wanted it done right, Omar at Quality Auto Glass did a great job and took care of my car right away! I have had a bad experience with Auto Glass and bad quality work on tint that turns purple, if you need it done right the first time call Omar. I needed my windows tinted and I just want to thank Omar for doing a great job! He recommended the ceramic and took his time to explain the difference between the types and tint that he offered and guaranteed that I would like the new ceramic tint. Wow was he right , I have had many cars with tint but this is by far my favorite! You can tell the difference right away and you can see clearly through the tint! (I have had tint that was hard to see through especially at night.). Thank You Omar for the great customer service and I will be back!!

From calling for a quote to picking up my car, Omar was very patient, respectful, and kind with answering all of my questions. I had sticker decals on my car and knew already that they would most likely get destroyed or tampered with due to me having to get my old window tint stripped off, but in the end when I went to pick up my car Omar had taken them off and put them back on so that they wouldn’t have been wasted. To me that sealed the deal in showing that Omar really does care about his customers and makes sure that they are content at the end of their day. Not only is his tint high quality, but his service is too. I will only be recommending friends and family to Quality Auto Glass and Tint if they want to get their windows tinted. All the five star reviews are definitely deserved, I have nothing but good things to say about not only the work they did but the customer service. Omar’s was the first shop I called and right from the start, he was honest and genuine about me fixing my window as quickly as possible, so much so that he encouraged me to call around other shops first before he ordered the part for me. I called all the other shops and they didn’t give me a fraction of the customer service Omar gave. There was a delay on the arrival for the part but Omar made sure he fit me in as his first customer the next morning to accommodate for it and his team did a great job. I was a vicitim of vandalism while at work when my front passenger side window was broken. It was on a Saturday so figured I would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Came here for Tint for my truck. I was greeted by Omar who was very informative. We walked over to my truck, he discussed the options I had, offered his professional experience and opinion in regards to my choices. Omar went above and beyond to understand what exactly I was wanting done on my truck. I decided to get a quote from another tint shop and was not given nearly the same service as Omar gave me. I returned with Omar and he scheduled my truck. On the day of service, Omar got the job done and I’m very please with how it turned out. Thank you Omar for exceptional customer service!

After an unfortunate turn of events on a long holiday weekend, Omar took care of me and urgently reinstalled my front windshield on a day he was just in to complete one job. He made some calls around to find my part in stock and pushed back his personal plans to help me get back home. He was very quick in response, honest about his work, super informative about the process, efficient, very kind, welcoming and beyond professional.
