The quality of work on the windshield was great, staff’s attitude, not so much! Unfortunately after getting the work done the glove box wouldn’t open. I called back to see if I could get some clarity on how this happened since my jeep is less than 1 year old. Upon speaking to staff he said with an aggressive, unprofessional tone “We didn’t do anything to your jeep but put the windshield in”. I then proceeded to ask if possibly the dashboard was moved or has anyone in the past had the same experience? With the same unprofessional attitude he said “no, like I said we only put a windshield in”. Since my windshield was expectably, pretty pricey I asked if I can bring it back and possibly do some adjustments to see if it’ll release the glove box. He said, “bring it back if you want, I’ll attempt to open it the same way you have”. Again, the work is great, but the customer service absolutely sucks!

Originally went to a different shop near the auto mall for a windshield replacement but it kept leaking and dripping water inside where the side curtain airbag is stored behind the A-pillar (even after taking it back for “repairs”). It ran down to the floor board and electrical fuse area before I noticed the leak after our first real rainfall. Bob’s pulled the windshield off and found the original shop didn’t use any primer on the glass and the glue was missing along 3/4’s of the top glass edge. Unbelievable…. They saved the glass for me to see. Steve at Bob’s Auto Glass got me in quickly and did a very professional install (I can see the uniformity of the glue since I had to remove the A-pillar cover to soak up the water from the prior leaking). Don’t waste your time at other shops like I did, just go to Bob’s and get it done right the first time.

I STARTED WITH TH MEXICAN SHOPS THEN JUST CALLED AROUND. SOME DID NOT HAVE IT OTHER HAD NOT STAFF. PRICES FROM $325- $490.. N O HAD TO WAIT. SOME LADY FROM ANOTHER SHOP SAID. I CANT HELP YOU BUT CALL MY BUDDY BOB . $220 BUCKS INSTALLED AND IT WAS ALL DONE IN U DER 40 MINUTES. FAST N GREAT QUALITY SERVICE.HONEST PEOPLE. BOB WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY $20 TIP. 👈💪😬💯💯.. Why would anyone go anywhere else?? Pulled up a half hour early genltman walked over said they were ready to do the work ...loved going inside and waiting with the gentleman kindness at counter busy and of course the beautiful sweet dog ...when I got up to leave there was a young man that I'm sure uses them all the time he engaged in conversation with us for a few minutes all I can say is thank you all so much the World needs more as these humans today..and did I mention the cost to replace my windshield was $275.00 cheaper than another glass company in Bakersfield ...

Amazing Service! They ended up replacing the glass for less than the price they initially quoted and did it in a day. They told me since they weren't charged for transport when they ordered the glass, they are passing on the savings to me which they clearly didn't have to do I would have never known if they didn't. honest, professional, friendly and fast! What else would anyone ever expect from a business?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are great!! I've had several things fixed here, from windows to the motor that roles them up and down. They always do a great job and are very pleasant to deal with. I just had a window replaced after break-in and they went ahead and vacuumed up the broken pieces that were in the car. Absolute professionals! I HIGHLY recommend Bob's Auto Glass :)

I have used a national chain in the past. I needed a window replaced two days before an out of town trip and Bob’s was the only place that could get me in. Someone broke the back window of my car, and Bob's had an appointment 2 hours later, took only 25-30 minutes to complete the job, and was 3 times cheaper than what I was quoted through a national chain/insurance. Bob's is professional and had my window in stock. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Someone busted my windshield on my 1977 cadillac I called they had my windshield available and put it in that day. Price was great I was expecting to pay like 400 but got it installed out the door for 220, great service, fast and great value. Would highly recommend!

Bob’s auto glass did a fantastic job not only was it affordable, they were prompt and courteous, and very accommodating. I would recommend them over any of the national chains! By the way, the quote from a national chain was five times the cost!
