Got a quote and had an appointment with a different company at first. They called and added $216 to the original quote which was more than twice what AGN charged me. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 2pm, but work was slow and I asked if I could come earlier. They told me to come right away, I got there around 9am, I was back to work at 1030am. The staff was friendly and helpful, the tech was able to answer the questions I had. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend Auto Glass Now if you need a windshield.

I had an appointment with another company and they didn’t fall through. I called AutoGlassNow and Ronnie the manager assisted me. He was super friendly and very proactive! He was able to get me in the same day (within the hour) and made sure I felt comfortable while waiting. His front desk staff was kind and friendly as well. They also cleaned all the glass. My car got broken into at work and Auto Glass Now was able to replace my window quickly and for a great price. They helped make a frustrating time a lot easier to deal with. They were really professional, fast and reasonable. Other places (safelite) want to charge almost double. Another bonus is in the past Ive also had my windshield chips repaired there as well. Great all around shop for all your vehicle window needs.

I got my windshield replaced and it was identical to my dealers windshield, my car got calibrated which was something most glass shops didn’t offer when I called around and on top of that I was able to pay through an app called zip pay which allows me to pay for the windshield in payments. Had an availability same day. I showed up early and they took me right in and started right away. Had air conditioning in the waiting room, felt great. Had a coffee station and water for the wait. The staff was courteous and professional. I would come back with any and all my auto glass needs. They have a customer as long as they are in business.

Ronnie the shop manager was very helpful and friendly. He took care of me with the upmost respect and he was very kind and professional. This shop on Union Ave in Bakersfield replaced my broken side window in my GMC truck in a matter of hours! Great experience… 5 stars for fast service, friendly and informative staff and VERY QUICK SERVICE! .. Plus, the price was less than the “Other Guys”, who wanted me to wait 12 days for an “appointment”. Good job!
