I read the other reviews on here about this place. But decided to go an check them out. Got to say them people have a problem. I called was given a price got had to wait till the owner got back from the store. He arrived asked me about my van asked what I was told I told him. He said no problem. He went an looked at my van said it would be a little more because of the damage to the window frame. I understand that an was happy to pay the total price. It was still half of what the others were quoting me. I spent about a Hour there. Yes he's not a talker or have Great customer service skills. But He does Great work Fast service an Great Prices. I'll be going back next week to get my side window done. O an i even tiped him for his work. I Highly Recommend you going. But remember it's a Auto glass shop not a Luxury car dealerships.

As someone who has never needed to get their windows replaced I found Adam's Autoglass the best pick for my budget, I've called around to other local auto glass shops and have not seen a lower price that Adam's Auto Glass offers, in other-words this place is affordable/budget friendly. I was quoted a specified price for parts and labor which was a great price, upon arriving and talking with Adam my estimate rose up due to taxes which I didn't mind due to the price being lower than any other place but also due to a sealant or frame being old that was an additional cost to replace, in total the estimate rose up by $110 but that's due to tax and an additional part which was the frame, overall I paid $710 compared to my original quote of $600, regardless of paying over what I expected I'm sure any other place I would have paid nearly $1000 for the 3 specific windows. The quality of the replacement is good but I came across one issue that's minor yet noticeable only to myself, the automatic window option that allows your window to go up/down without having to fully press wasn't working the way it was before and it was only the right back passenger window which is weird cause that window didn't require any replacing but I assume it's due to the auto glass place taking out the door driver door interior I believe a peice or something wasnt moved fully back in place or im not sure but I have to manually hold the button down to fully get the window down but going up automatically works its the the down option, I haven't brought this to the attention of the auto glass place because it's so minor but it's one of those things you remember about when you want to lower the back window down automatically. One thing that I found funny was that my back light that goes against the back window wasn't dusted off before replacing, all you see is dust and finger markings from when they were working on it, due to the glass being right against it there's no way of cleaning it but would've been an easy thing to do while they were replacing as it only takes less than 5 seconds but I don't mind it so much to complain directly to them about that or even about the window button but all the workers were pretty cool and chill, Adam was funny throwing in some jokes but he's a cool dude and very honest.

I'm not giving a 1 start just because they're affordable and nice. But the low rating is from the fact that when they gave me back my car after installing glass it wouldn't open. I took the car to them and they couldn't get it open and they messed up my door saying it wasn't the cables or anything at hand maybe it was the actuator, I took it to mechanic and it was the cable they broke. If they knew they couldn't get it open without breaking things on the door they should've called to tell me that they couldn't get open without messing things up or telling me that they had to do it to try to get it open but they gave me back my car without telling me anything like I wouldn't notice it. I got my door fixed but cost me $200 to do it and even though the mechanic tried to fix the damage, they're still a little bit of it.

This is the worst place to ever bring your car .They charged me close to $300 to fix two of my windows that wouldn't roll down. I drove off and less then 2 hours later my window was stuck again .when I rolled the window down it sounded as if something was loudly breaking. Also I noticed parts missing from my door panel. when I returned back to Adams shop, one of his employees insisted that nothing was missing from my car, which it clearly was. I asked to speak with Adam and not much better he also tried to deny any fault to the broken window and parts that wear missing and damaged. I over heard Adam telling one of his employees " that lady is over there bitching and I don't want to fkn hear it". The most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I ever had at a business by far...stay far away from this place.

HORRIBLE BACKYARD Mechanic quality... I called them and they said they had the window so I went and the guys take off my car door panel and when its comes time to put the new window in....(1)It was the wrong one They didnt have it so I waited an hour for nothing AND then they put my door back together and I left .no big deal right, WELL now (2)my car door doesnt open!! So my door is stuck closed and wont open from the inside/outside and he left two unknown screws in my door slots SMDH I dont know if that was revenge because he did all the work on removing the panel but he asked if I wanted to order the window and come back but I said no..so JUST BE CAreFUL COMING HERE

Went in today (3/9/24 a SATURDAY) at 10:30a to get my windshield replaced. Since it was Saturday I figured it would be some kind of foot traffic. I ended up leaving my car because he had a lot of services to do before mine (there was about 3-4 people ahead of me). He's by far the best when it comes to price in Bakersfield. It was him and another worker he had with him. They had their hands full respectfully. I ended up leaving my car and left with my hubby b/c of other obligations we needed to tend to...anywho my car was ready at the time they told us to return. Great service!!

I called to get a quote a few minutes ago and I was asking a lot of questions and I wasn't sure about one of the things he asked so I told him I ask not sure and so I texted my husband as we were talking still and then told him we did have one of the features on our car he asked about that I said I was not sure and he started yelling at me being very rude because of it. I literally hung up like there is no need to be rude I said I was wrong and we did have the feature on ur vehicle. There was no need for him to yell at me and to be rude. I refuse to go here now.

Adam is the most accommodating supplier/installer i have come across in all my years of needing such. Adam has been the best price hands down and usually by a landslide beat any quotes i have shopped for. He is honest, friendly and treats you like family. Just a great guy to know. Thank You Adam for your service for all of these years.

They had pretty nice staff, the cost was really good. They did a really nice job on the work, but I felt like they took an extremely long time on our truck. We have multiple people come in after us and they still left before us. We already had the glass I don’t know why it took about four hours.
