So I began looking for someone to do the job yesterday evening. I appreciated that y'all gave a quote online rather than have to wait for an email. The price was good so I scheduled an appt. To my surprise y'all was available the very next morning. Fantastic. Your people showed up on time, performed the work in a timely fashion, and everyone one of you I dealt with was very professional..I really could not be more pleased with this entire process. My truck was broken into on Saturday night. I went online for a few quotes and this company was the most reasonably priced, and they provided a lifetime warranty. I booked this morning (Monday 745am), they had multiple time slots and I was able to setup a same day appt for a 9am-12pm window. Online booking was fast and easy, with pay in cash and other various forms of electronic payment. I didn’t have them bill my insurance but it is an option. He arrived during the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up all residue. ***Extra bonus points*** 1. for not hounding me the next day with phone calls or emails trying to schedule an appointment to gain my business 2. I didn’t realize they were also going to match my existing window tint— that was such a great surprise since it was one less thing for me to do!

The guy did a great job. Was here on time. Told me exactly how long it would take and finished right about then. Have to tell you Safelite was my first choice but they said I had to come to their shop. Whole point was to avoid that. Thank you!
