Joe was very helpful explaining what glass i needed for my car. I did not know the difference in the kind of glass and he helped me so I would not choose the wrong type. He was very polite and professional. Ruben did a fantastic job on the installation. Very efficient, polite and completed the installation sooner than I thought could be done. I give Joe and Ruben a five or higher. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks Joe and Ruben for all your help.

This company definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our truck’s windshield was fixed and that we were given the best direction of which product to use! They offered free mobile service which was extremely convenient and easy, especially that both my husband and I work. They definitely exceeded our expectations, and were extremely fair priced!! Anyone that is needing any auto glass repairs, I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you for making this an easy fix for us!!

These guys deliver on everything you would want. - COMMUNICATION: Joe was Very responsive and answered all my questions. Just doesn't get better. - PRICING: It was, what I would have thought was fair. Here's the thing though. No other quote I received was near their pricing. So, really it's very good pricing. - SCHEDULING/REPAIR: I spoke with Joe last night around 7 PM. 1130 this morning, the technician was all done and leaving. Cmon really? Yes really!Just shows they will get you in as soon as possible. Pretty important if you need that repair quick! TECHNICIAN: I mean give that man a name! *Mr. Ruben. Called on the way, With ETA. This guy is it. All of it! Professional. Polite. Experienced/knowledgeable. Does great work. I suppose I owe him an apology. Told me "I'll be done in about 30 mins". 30 mins!! We only took a bit longer because I was asking questions and he was generous with his time. No doubt he can do this great work and fast. Mr. Ruben, thanks for a job well done. I appreciate you. The windshield on my 2024 Ford Transit 350HD (motorhome) was damaged by a large rock impact on the highway. Area Wide Auto Glass/San Antonio Auto Glass and Windshield Repairs answered my written request for a quote on a Sunday evening. A technician was dispached to my camping site the following Monday afternoon with an appropriate replacement part, which includes the smart cruise and smart wiper sensors. He replaced the windshield in about an hour. However, during the removal process, the technician caused many scratches on the painted surfaces. Since I live within the rust belt, I know that these scratches will prematurely decay the appearance of my vehicle.

I unexpectedly needed to replace my front windshield and found Area Wide Auto Glass to be the most practical and responsive. Joe was very helpful from the beginning and had great communication. They were willing to come out within less than 24 hours but I needed to wait another day, nonetheless it was good to know they could come out so quickly. The cost was reasonable and fair compared to other places. My tech was Isaac and he did a great job, took about an hour. Highly recommend and would use again if another window breaks lol.

So basically here’s what happened. My back windshield got shattered and after calling several places quoting me anywhere between $700-$800 on a back window. I decided to give this company a call. They had it done within 20 minutes and quite frankly I couldn’t be happier Now yes we had a little screw up in the beginning but I mean all is good. You’re only human right right so if anything, if anyone out there is looking for a company or is looking for very dependable people to work on their car windows anything front back sides whatever kind of windows you got if you got windows on the floor of your car give them a call. They are damn good at what they do
