I am sharing this review for the Bulverde location. Our van had a rock hit the windshield and caused a crack to grow over the last few months. I saw this new auto glass place in Bulverde and decided to get a quote from them since I had been stood up by Safelite. Ian was very professional and had appointments readily available for me to choose from. The Bulverde location was easily accessible and convenient. Ian‘s prices were also very reasonable compared to other options. I came into the shop and it only took about an hour to install the new windshield and it’s looking as good as new! Now I’m looking forward to driving on the road without any cracks in the windshield and without concerns of it growing further. I needed my windshield replaced, Ian and his team got me In and out in no time. Service was outstanding. The minute my car was complete we were sent a text letting us know our car was ready for pick up. The windshield looked great! They did an awesome job! While attending a work event in San Antonio my truck was broken into at the hotel and the thieves broke out my back window. My husband researched and reached out to Ian. He and his team were able to replace my window in a matter of hours and get me back on the road to travel home to Houston. Ian and his guys were gracious and empathetic and were just amazing. These guys are amazing and efficient workers. They got our entire windshield done in about an hour. We've worked with some people in town who have tried to leech more money from us, but these guys give you a quote and that's the price you pay. I really appreciate that. Thank you for your work Ian!
