Had a chip that ran as soon as they attempted the repair. I ended up scheduling to replace the windshield the next day. They said they had a loaner car they would make available which didn't happen. They replaced the windshield the next day but I had to wait in the sitting area (next to the restroom area which put out a constant sewer smell). The cost was a little higher than the other shops in town. Finally got my vehicle back and found that my iPhone jack was broken. I just wanted to get out of there by then. I get on the road and noticed my engine hood shaking. I get out to investigate and discovered the hood wasn't latched down. Good thing for the safety feature of that 2nd latch position. My only hope now is that the repair doesn't leak which is a real concern. I don't intend on going to them for any work again.

The staff at Windshield Glass provided gracious customer service to me right from the first phone call. This is the 4th time I have had to replace the windshield because of a rock hit on the freeway. I’ve had problems with Chinese replacement windshields that contain distortion ripples, shadows and parallax effects, so I called glass shops all over the Triad looking for a windshield NOT manufactured in China. Most of the shops would not accommodate me, and the one that said they could “try” were charging 40% higher fees than the others. When I called Windshield Glass, Sharon told me she could order a locally manufactured windshield immediately at no extra charge. The beautiful windshield they installed is clear and distortion-free. I am so happy I found Windshield Glass and I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent product and excellent service at reasonable prices.

I set up an appointment with this Business yesterday June the 15th they told me to bring the car in this morning I was also asked what type of car I had which I told them a 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS the lady told me on the phone that they will probably have to replace my clips with the windshield as well which I did not mind I drove all the way up from Burlington to the far end of Greensboro To their shop the technician came out with a attitude very unfriendly then the gentleman from the front office proceeded to come out and tell me they cannot replace my window because they do not have the clips to replace it I asked a gentleman why did you all tell me to come up here yesterday when I called in with the information with my car 24 hours earlier all he could tell me is I have no answer for that gas is very high right now I drove from Burlington all the way to Greensboro just to be told sorry I don't know why this happened totally unacceptable from one business owner to another.

RV Glass and repair services get a 5 star review from me. Scott Harvey and his staff are professional, caring and has great expertise in RV side glass repair. They had a place for me to plug in while they did the work and gave me access to a car while my RV was getting repaired. Replacing side glass in an RV is a specialty and only done in certain parts of the United States. This is the best place on the East Coast. He has a library of over 600 patterns of glass for all makes of RVs. This is an awesome family business.

You know it's a good car shop when you aren't compelled to call your husband and dad after getting a quote! Scott walked me through all my options to make sure I didn't spend more than I had to! Amazing. On top of that, after I showed up 10 minutes late for my appointment AND had a request to be out at a certain time they did it with a smile!! Next time a rock gets thrown at me, I will a little less upset... at least now I know a good windshield shop!!
