Cliff with Caliber did a very good job fixing my crack in my windshield. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Caliber for your auto glass needs.

I have to say that Gwen the lady I spoke with over the phone was the most nicest caring person I talked too. She was the sole reason I didn’t shop around for other quotes or look anywhere else. I wanted to shop around for a closer date to fix my wife’s windshield and to get a better price but I decided to stay with Calibers because of Gwen’s excellent customer service. I forgot the name of the African American lady I spoke to over the phone but she was not nice at all unfortunately. But hope you guys give Gwen a raise! Very rare these days where you find someone with a good attitude.

I did not receive service personally from this company but they were in my neighborhood for someone else and it had been pouring down rain and I left my windows down on two sides. A technician took this time out to pull in to let me know my windows were down. There are many people that drove past my car today and never stopped even in my own neighborhood. That shows a lot to me professionally and personally. If I ever need Auto Glass Service in the future they will be the first people I call!
