Absolutely awesome. I had both rear door windows busted in from thieves. Auto glass got me in the next day, had both windows I needed, factory tinted, and completed the job in 1 1/2 hr. A huge courtesy on their part. They cleaned the door for me. Which I didn't expect. I have a young child and the cup holders, cubby in the doors were no joke. We are from out of town and our drivers side front window shattered while driving into CO Springs at close to 5:00 pm on a Thursday. Terrible luck. I called around frantically and out of the 10-15 places I called, all would have to order the window which wouldn’t arrive until we were already heading home from our vacation. Auto Glass Pro was the last place I called and they had the window ready and could install fist thing when they opened the next day. Finished the replacement window in about 45 minutes. I am so thankful for the Auto Glass Pro! I was able to make an appointment the next day for replacing both mine and my husband’s windshields. I took mine to the shop and had it back early in the afternoon, and they had their mobile service come out for my husband’s car. Jason and his company were super efficient and easy to speak to and work with! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone!

On Saturday's they’re appointment only called a week in advance everything was set up came in two days before my appointment to ask a few questions and confirm my appointment showed up Saturday 15 mins before my appointment everything was locked up tried calling the company several times tried knocking on the door nothing waited around til 930 and left if something changed and you weren’t able todo the work why not get in touch with the customer and let them know what’s going onNegativePunctuality, Professionalism

I've went to jason a few times for repairs for our company vehicles. He always has great communication and great service. I went with a leak in my back window one time thinking I would need to get it replaced and it was just a loose screw from our back light above the window, Jason fixed it for me with no charge. Great and fast service. Broke my wife's back window at work on Monday. Called around to a few places. He was not only the cheapest but the only person I contacted that could get me a new piece of glass this week. My wife went down there Wednesday morning and had the window fixed in no time. Thank you for the wonderful service will most definitely be coming back for my front windows on both my vehicles
