I had an excellent experience with Chipper Auto Glass. I originally considered one of the competing national chains, but was chased away the competitor's automation and lack of human element. Chipper Auto Glass was quite the opposite in the best sort of way- They were responsive to my phone call and quickly accommodating to scheduling my vehicle in. I appreciated having both the option to either use insurance or pay out of pocket (at a reasonable rate). The repair was quick and the service friendly with great waiting room. 5/5

I am very glad I phoned Chipper Auto Glass for windshield repair. The service was fast, hassle free and the tech did a fantastic job clearing up the large crack I had in my windshield. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone in need of windshield repair. Pleasant, rapid and professional service is hard to come by, but Chipper Auto Glass delivered. Do yourself a favor, do not phone the national companies offering similar service, you will wait longer and pay more. If you are in the Colorado Springs area use these guys instead.

Jason was running a little late to my appointment to fix my windshield crack. I had no issue with it and took care of a few errands while I waited. He coordinated my fix with one of his guys and knocked out my job quick! On top of all that, he covered the job free of charge! My jaw hit the floor. He did not have to do that. I will 100% support and stand behind any business with that kind of integrity. I’ll without a doubt recommend his business to folks. I’m set to be stationed in Denver next and i will happily drive to Colorado Springs and have this business handle all my auto glass needs. Thanks again!

Chipper Auto Glass is Incredible. I Purchased an Antique Car With a Hard to Come by Windshield and Jason Was Fast, Affordable. When I called to make an appointment, I was expecting a wait, but they got me in in just a few days, which was super convenient. Jason came out and filled in 2 cracks on my windshield. Initially he quoted me $120 to come to me and do the repairs, which I was fine paying. However, when he called me to come check it out he said that it was still visible and he "didn't like the way it looked," and did not charge me. Can't say how appreciative I am for that act of kindness, especially with the holidays coming up. Chipper will always be who I recommend to friends and family moving forward! :-)

Stopped by to have a rock chip filled/repaired. Greeted by the warm and smiling face of JASON, who directed me to their plush waiting room with snacks, couches, massage chair, and arcade games! (whaaaaattt???) The service was quick, thorough, and JASON explained how to insure my car window as it was a special type with a camera that needed to be calibrated after a windshield swap. I really appreciated the insurance advice and highly recommend that anyone looking for auto glass repair or replacement to go to this locally owned shop! buy local and put money into the pockets of our own citizens, not some careless distant corporation ;-) I will definitely be going back to this shop forever.
