My case was definitely a function over form deal. 30inch crack across the center of the windshield (lengthwise), months old and definitely got some dirt in there. Expectations were very clear on the outset. The older dirtier parts of the crack are still quite visible, and the newer cleaner parts are now mostly transparent. Restoring structural integrity was the goal and that has been accomplished. They got a killer warranty on the work, and now we don't have to worry about the crack spreading any further. Drew was amazing in fixing the chip in my windshield. I had remembered seeing his signs when he was by Costco and was happy to find him on the opposite side of Barnes. He was friendly and explained what he was doing during the process of fixing the chip. He is very easy to talk to and the work he did was outstanding. I can barely see where my windshield was chipped/cracked. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their windshield fix in a prompt manner and for a fair price.
