David is the best, superb service - including calling me - using my wife's phone - to tell me she had left her phone behind. Thinking it was my wife calling, I gave David a big ole "Hi sweetie". That's what I call earning your business. That day she had some warranty work done, David always has stands behind his work. I've done business with him for ~25 years & you don't use a business that long unless they provide great service & you can trust them to do the job right. David & Star Windshield do both. I would recommend him to anyone & everyone!

Update: October 2020 - Just had a chip in my Acura fixed instead of a costly windshield replacement. David (owner) was very nice and helpful as well as entertaining. Great attitude. This small business deserves your support. They are honest, trustworthy, and very proud of the excellent services they provide. Very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and overall honesty of this business. Honest and fair minded business people are very important to me. I had my SUV windshield replaced within an hour and they even dropped me off and picked me up at the Starbucks down the road. While on vacation our motor home windshield got broken. I called several different glass repair shops in Little Rock, Benton, and Hot Springs and wasn't satisfied with their offers until I called Star Windshield. Kathy was very helpful from the minute I called, she is very professional. I was able to email her a scan of my DOT number off my broken windshield along with the VIN info of my motor home. With that info she was able to find and order the replacement windshield for my 14 year old RV. The window arrived in a few short days. Kathy set up an appointment for me to bring in the motor home. It was installed by very professional installers and allowed to cure for several hours. The windshield looks new like a factory install! I was very happy with the results! I would take any of my vehicles to them from now on and highly recommend them to my friends. Thank you Star Windshield!

First off they had my windshield and they got me in and out reasonably .. The main problem and this would have made me not use them if I would have gotten the other quotes sooner .. They was extremely over priced and I mean by over a hundred dollars.a glass company quoted the exact same windshield for $180.00 dollars .And at this place I payed $306.00 that's a$126.00 dollar difference.. Now that is just plane robbery the other glass place was where I would have went if I would have received the quote sooner.. I would not recommend that anyone use Star Windshield Inc .. And the people are friendly and they do good work in a fair amount of time . But that over priced ruined it for me I'll never use them again .. Because the most important thing is the darn price. Absolutely upsetting to be taken advantage of like that ..I'm a Christian man and I have to forgive them ..but it still is very hurtful to be just flat taken advantage of like that. Took over 2 months to get windshield replaced and then they could not reset the windshield monitor so I have to bring it to the dealership anyways. If you have a new vehicle verify they can complete the job before starting it. * update - Recently the cover that goes around the rearview/camera's. Fell off. After inspected it the tabs that was supposed to hold it on were broken off. The car was new when we bought it and the only people to service the windshield was here.
