David is the best, superb service - including calling me - using my wife's phone - to tell me she had left her phone behind. Thinking it was my wife calling, I gave David a big ole "Hi sweetie". That's what I call earning your business. That day she had some warranty work done, David always has stands behind his work. I've done business with him for ~25 years & you don't use a business that long unless they provide great service & you can trust them to do the job right. David & Star Windshield do both. I would recommend him to anyone & everyone!

We were on a trip to Lake Catherine State Park and had an incident that ended with a shattered back glass (shattered and fell out) in our truck. It was late Saturday evening so nothing could be done until Monday. We called Star Windshield Monday morning and they got the glass ordered right away. It didn't arrive until later in the day so we took our truck in the Tuesday morning. The staff immediately recognized our name and got our truck in right away. We only waited for less than an hour and we were good to go. We chose this shop over the other chains because it appeared to be a local, family owned, Christian business. We were not disappointed. Every interaction we had with them manifested those beliefs and we were more than happy with the our entire transaction. Can't recommend this business enough. Took over 2 months to get windshield replaced and then they could not reset the windshield monitor so I have to bring it to the dealership anyways. If you have a new vehicle verify they can complete the job before starting it. * update - Recently the cover that goes around the rearview/camera's. Fell off. After inspected it the tabs that was supposed to hold it on were broken off. The car was new when we bought it and the only people to service the windshield was here. They replaced our LX 470's front windshield. Toyota is who recommended them to us. They had the pilkington glass needed for the repair on the same day we called. We were worried about the rivets Lexus uses to hold the windshield in place, but Star was very knowledgeable about the subject and showed us their rivets they had which were name brand Toyota rivets. The windshield replacement turned out great and is quieter on the road than the previous one that was installed by some other windshield repair shop. Go with Star Windshield. They're great at what they do!

While on vacation our motor home windshield got broken. I called several different glass repair shops in Little Rock, Benton, and Hot Springs and wasn't satisfied with their offers until I called Star Windshield. Kathy was very helpful from the minute I called, she is very professional. I was able to email her a scan of my DOT number off my broken windshield along with the VIN info of my motor home. With that info she was able to find and order the replacement windshield for my 14 year old RV. The window arrived in a few short days. Kathy set up an appointment for me to bring in the motor home. It was installed by very professional installers and allowed to cure for several hours. The windshield looks new like a factory install! I was very happy with the results!
