Auto Glass Now

Glass repair shop recommended by my insurance. The installers appear to have done a great job on installation and finished in approximately 45 minutes. The after installation care was atrocious. I had removed all personal items from back on extended cab truck so staff could easily access window and clean out broken glass. After repairs I was told I would want to vacuum truck, there might still be glass in truck. I noticed a shop vac in the repair bay, thinking they had cleaned broken glass. I took truck to car wash and vacuumed FOR 40 MINUTES. There were copious amounts of glass fragments remaining. When vacuuming, it sounded like an old slot machine with coins falling because there was so much glass remaining, including a piece the size of my palm. This company may do great installation but the remainder of their service is sorely lacking. I personally would not recommend this location.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Everything went good and on time but I didn't get the windshield I wanted. I have had my Jeep Wrangler for around 6 months and this is my third windshield because the new 2025 Jeep Wranglers and Rubicons have problems with the glass cracking for no reason. Every morning when I get in my jeep it would have a new crack or the cracks would be longer just from sitting still. I have never been off road with it and I'm afraid what it will be like if I do have a actual pebble hit it. We agreed and talked extensively about putting a aftermarket windshield in it but I ended up with the same jeep windshield that has already busted out twice. I didn't have the chance to check the new windshield before it was put in or I would have turned it down until they got the aftermarket glass. We have had multiple vehicle windshields repaired by the technician at the Hot Springs location, and he has always done a great job. Very friendly and a great asset to the company. Windshield and back glass replacement was done quickly and the job quality was evident. The price point has always been very competitive. We had brought a new rear view mirror and he took it and installed it for us as well as all new wiper blades. Will be back!

After an apocalyptic type hail storm, everyone rushed to autoglass now to get their glass fixed. These guys did a great job making sure we were able to fix our windshield while on vacation. We watched as many customers were told they just couldn’t fit them into their packed schedule m. The employees felt terrible because they were doing everything they could. We watched as these employees took a verbal lashing and put a smile on their faces doing it. They were professional, compassionate, and their work was great. Highly recommend!

Went friday morning to get windshield replaced, that eve the installer said the new windshield was defective. He ordered another and could put it in next day. Saturday....no windshield. Didnt hear nothing monday but got a text late that evening my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. tuesday. Went tuesday...no wendshield. Get a text wednesday night while at church, appointment 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Thirsday morning i arrived on time but installer did not. I called an office and spoke with a lady that told me tomorrow 8.00 a.m. again. Went this morning (friday) left truck. Suppossed to be put in (after 5 trips) and at this moment 4:10p.m. 6/21/24 still no windshield..will be taking my business else where.
