Professional, honest and quality work!!!! This was the most hassle free auto repair experience I’ve had so far. I had a disappointing experience with my insurance’s recommended glass repair company. After being lied to several times, I reached out to Wayne. He was professional, honest, and provided quality work. He promised to call when he got it in to set up an appointment. He got it in just about two weeks and set the appointment for the next business day. I let him know I had gotten sick the day before our appointed time to meet and he kindly agreed to wait and work with my family members so we didn’t have to wait two more weeks. This repairman/owner was truly remarkable in his knowledge, ability, adeptness, and professionalism. He is a man of his word, who gave me a price for a windshield for my van (which was much less than I had expected), and that was what I paid. I had called him about it at nearly closing time on 4-15, and he said he could install it the following morning, at 8 a.m. When I arrived there, just before 8, he moved his vehicle out of the shop door and then started work immediately. I asked, and was given permission to stay out in the shop with him, so I watched him work. Very impressive! with expert use of all the tools he has, which took just about an hour to complete. Wayne is very friendly and conversational. We shared many of our experiences and he is an honest man, who cares about people - not just his customers. I will recommend him to anybody who asks me about him!

If you need glass repair this is the place you want to use! Absolutely amazed with their great customer service and fast efficient work! Tragedy struck my family but this company didn't make it anymore difficult for me and my family. Such a smooth process! And the gentleman kindly gave me a discounted rate due to it being such a bizarre situation, wow a real human! God forbid I need another window in my life but if I do I KNOW who to go to. This place is great . I purchased a qindow for my car and told them I was doing the install myself. They filled me in on some good tips and tricks to make the job as easy as possible.
