Service Auto Glass

This is the place to bring your vehicle for auto glass issues. Son's rear power window became dislodged from regulator and track. Took it to them and asked for an estimate. Their estimate came in lower than any other place in COS. They worked with me to effect a repair that was very fair. Their staff is friendly and very flexible. Would very highly recommend. Update (08/14/2025): This company continues to be the place for glass repair/ replacement. Windshield and calibration service the same day! Very well run company with exceptionally competent employees who are friendly, knowledgeable, and take great pride in their work. Service auto glass has my strongest recommendation (rare).

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. We had two vehicles done, they came to the house up in Woodland Park and completed the install right in the driveway. My wife's car has the tinted brow and they even had it done before install so that we didn't have to make a second trip down to the Springs to have it done. Vanessa was very kind on the phone and helped with my questions about the tint and Shannon the tech who did the install was very professional and did a clean job. Thank you guy, will definitely be doing business with you again.

Horrible Service!!! As a customer of theirs for over ten years I was appalled by the service I didn't receive and by the way they spoke to me. First they lose my order and don't call me. Second, they order a new one in and its scratched. third, they don't order a replacement. A month goes by and I am still waiting to get a new windshield. Then the office woman, Linda, tells me they are soooooo busy they are only handling accounts. Why not tell me this in the first place. Why make me wait a month and tell me to go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else and will never be back!!

We hired them to install a large tractor door which was one large piece of glass. Reception / scheduling team was friendly. We had a couple minor setbacks which was not their fault. (Missing parts from our vendor) They quickly and professionally took care of everything. Shannon our technician was professional and courteous. Want to give a shout out to these guys. My sun/moon glass completely busted out from a rock. They were able to wrap it so I could get back to Kansas City at no charge, and he gave me advice on what to ask the repair place to look for. If they treat someone good that didn't pay anything I believe they will have beyond excellent work with a paying customer. I know if I'm ever back in Colorado Springs and have an issue, this will be the first place I call!!

Wow, I was able to talk to a nice man named John from Service Auto Glass. I told him I blew out my back window and he suggested that I come by the shop and they will cover the large hole on the car. The front desk manager Vanessa was nice also, helped me schedule me up and they both did it with a smile… Even the guys in the shop they came out right away and covered the hole. And to top it off, the price was perfect! Thank you SAG Service Auto Glass So on Thursday they will install the new tinted window. Just impressed with the customer service !
