I was very happy with my experience at San Francisco Mobile Auto Glass. Asad was a great communicator and went above and beyond to help us source a very hard-to-find rear quarter panel glass for a 2003 car and he even organized the purchase from a salvage yard in the East Bay! Once he had the glass, the repair was extremely quick!

These guys were an absolute blessing. Someone smashed my front windshield with a brick overnight and when I saw it this morning, initially called a few of the bigger glass repair names who said wouldn’t be able to help for another 3 days. I found this company on Google and was honestly so impressed with the quick and professional work they delivered. It was a bit more pricey, but so worth the speed and quality. I had an amazing experience with San Francisco Mobile Auto Glass Specialist! I called them first thing in the morning, and they arrived just a few hours later. The team was incredibly professional, offering me a variety of replacement options over the phone and walking me through the entire process. It was such a relief not to have to drive with a shattered window, and they came right to me. The repair was quick, taking about an hour, and the result was perfect. Highly recommend their fast, convenient, and top-notch service!

I called over the 4th of July weekend and spoke to Rafael. He was thorough in asking questions in order to check the inventory for the correct window panel. It was not in stock that day so he told me he would follow up with me on Monday, which he did - and the price quote was less than some of the others I had called. The order came in a couple of days later and I had my window installed before the week was through, good as new. Thank you for the excellent service.

Paid extra to have weekend service and tech was friendly, but did a terrible job. The window was basically taped in place and glass fell down. There’s a ton of glass inside the door and we ended up having to go to dealer. They said whoever did it, did a terrible job. We tried to have the tech come back to fix and he wouldn’t return calls or messages. Finally got a hold of a rep, he said he would call me back to have someone come back, then never called back or responded. Now having to work with our credit card company for a refund. Would not recommend!

We were out of town and our window got broken. We arranged to have the key available for the tech and they came out the next day and fixed it and securely put the key through the mail slot. They were friendly, professional, quick and thorough. They were over $100 less than other shops I tried and came WAY faster. I would use them again.
