Had an unexpected emergency on the freeway while traveling. My rubber seal started co.ing off and turned off and walked in with no reservation. Store Manager was on the telephone and speaking to a customer. Very polite on the phone. He hung up and I explained my situation. Tristan got me in immediately and the rubber seal around the windshield was repaired. Free of charge. I also used their bathroom. I have to say, for a auto repair place; the bathroom was very clean. Everyone was very polite and professional. I'll come back for future windshield repairs. Thank you!

Put $500 deposit down! Got an appointment then a call the day of telling me the glass windshield didn’t come in! Moved my plans for that day just for nothing! Then rescheduled couple of weeks later then again the windshield didn’t come in! Vented my feelings only to have the guy hang up on me! He then refused my request and returned my money! Zero customer service support! Added insult to injury! Lousy service! My car is nothing special! 2007 Hyundai Sonata! They couldn’t get it right and then couldn’t take the heat for screwing up multiple times! Worst is they are Cowards!

We have been loyal Safelite customers for years, no matter where we’ve lived, and have never had a negative experience—until now. Unfortunately, this location left us feeling quite disappointed. We scheduled an appointment for a glass replacement due to a large crack, and while we received a notification about a rescheduling, I would have appreciated a courtesy phone call instead. After dropping off our car and picking it up when it was ready, we noticed how dirty it was both inside (front seats, dashboard) and outside (front windshield). Additionally, there was a noticeable gap between the new glass and the dashboard that hadn’t been there before. Having replaced the glass on another Tesla with a different company, we could see that Safelite’s work was subpar. We made another appointment to address these issues. The installer who came out was neither pleasant nor professional. He mentioned that the glass wasn’t original and might have been from an old batch, yet he never apologized for the unsatisfactory service we received. He then took our car to consult with the manager but returned to say that if we wanted original glass, they would need to make some calls. He advised against any immediate action since it had just been installed and mentioned checking with our insurance to see if coverage was possible. We expressed that this situation could have been avoided if we had been informed about the quality of the glass before installation. Unfortunately, he seemed indifferent. To make matters worse, the manager never came out to speak with us directly after hearing about our dissatisfaction; instead, the installer was left to relay vague information. In short, just three weeks later, we found a new crack in the glass. This has been the worst service we’ve experienced in over a decade with Safelite. If you own a Tesla, I strongly advise against going to this location. If you do, make sure to ask exactly what kind of glass you’re getting; you don’t want to pay over $1,400 for a bunch of “maybes “

I received a quote for around $226 for windshield replacement. The first time they were to come out for installation I received a call stating that the windshield replacement had a scratch and asked if we still wanted it; answered "no." Next I was told by one person, over the phone, that there was no other windshield available. When I contacted them a second time, I was told by another that was not true and that they did have another available. I rescheduled for replacement. On that date I received a call when the installer was on the way and the cost had nearly tripled. I reminded him of the original quote price and he said he'd call his manager and get back to me. I then received a call stating that the cost was $326 (or somewhere near that) and again reminded him that the quote was $226. Again he made a call to amanager and called me back stating that they would honor the original quote. Upon getting to my home, he stated he couldn't replace because the window frame "might be" damaged. It was apparent that it was not and that, in my opinion, they weren't interested in installing for the original quote. We then contacted Ready Auto Glass who came out and replaced the windshield at a fair price and with no concern about a damaged frame.

Cheryl and the team were amazing! The day of my service, I had marked something incorrectly on my intake form, so they did not have the correct glass in stock for my car. HOWEVER, I got a call about an hour later saying they were able to get the correct glass from a warehouse down the street, and the service was already finished. What a great voicemail to get! It made my day that they went that extra mile, and I did not have to bring my car back another day. Thank you guys again so much for the quick and great work!

Car was broken into through door window. Insurance sent me to this location for repair a week after. Dropped car off for an all day appointment to find out the wrong part was ordered. My car window was installed but not able to roll down. Okay mistakes happen. Next available appointment 2 weeks later. Drop car off and gave them all day to put the right part in. Received call that my car hasn't been touched for 7 hours and wouldn't be touched for another 3 at best. This has completly destroyed my day off and now I have to wait another week for this to be fixed. Not a good look for a company to push off a customer who is trying to accommodate their needs and allow my car to sit there all day to get completed (a second time). With this being said and being extremely frustrated they were nice about give me bad news.
