My windshield replacement was scheduled for June 28th. I was traveling and was in Texas. The Safelite Technician, Ace, arrived around 0845 after calling and saying he was on his way. When he arrived, Ace went right to work. Ace was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had without hesitation and it was a pleasure to watch him work. The job was completed in under 40 minutes and I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Safelite again and recommend them to anyone. If all the technicians are like Ace, the company should never have any complaints or issues. Thanks for the excellent service !

Raul was outstanding! I used the mobile service since I work from home, and he came directly to my house and replaced the windshield on my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche. He arrived on time, explained the entire process, and worked efficiently while ensuring everything was done perfectly. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he left the windshield spotless. It's rare to find such friendly and skilled service these days. I highly recommend Raul for anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

My service Tech was out standing. The knowledge base John has was beyond mind blowing for me. He executed the project of 4 windows and a motor. With fanominal time despite the hiccups my vehical provided him. Despite all that John assesed everything in a highly professional manner that was also very kind. I couldnt ask for a better Professional to have done the task at hand. With the ability to hear my questions, and answer promptly with details. Faced with tasks that would have hindered the job, and along side hearing me just talk about other subjects all while performing his task on a constant. This service pro. John Will be my go to tech for any further needs from the safe lite company. As not only did i have a professional tech. I felt i had a friend along the way of the project. This is my genuine, and authentic experience.

Exceedingly upset with my experience. Had a technician show up to repair what was a negligible chip in the windshield. Almost not worth fixing but I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance so as a preventative measure I decided to have it repaired. Long story short The technician came out and shattered my windshield. Shortly after I received a phone call telling me that Safelite would take care of it and they scheduled an appointment for a week from today. Fast forward to exactly 5:00 in the afternoon on Monday in the middle of rush hour traffic and I get a phone call from safelite (presumably a manager) telling me that not only would they not stand behind their product but I was going to have to pay a $500 deductible. Exceedingly upset. I have already submitted an official complaint through Safelite and they assured me that it would get taken care of sometime in the next couple of days. I'm expecting a phone call from corporate or some sort of regional manager. A company this big should stand behind the product and services that it provides. To add insult to injury 5 hours later when I get home after a long day at work he also did not lock the vehicle. As stated before an official complaint with Safelite has been submitted and I'm waiting for a phone call back from them.

I have used Safelite twice now and both times have had a great experience from start to finish of having our auto glass replaced. They are easy to contact, schedule service with, they came to my location (work and home) and even filed the claim with our insurance. Our tech John did a great job paying attention to detail, even took care to move an important resident parking sticker from our old windshield to the new one. He arrived on time and made sure to communicate with me before and after service with what to expect and follow-up instructions. I would 100% use them again and recommend to others.

Repeated Poor Service – Management Doesn’t Prioritize Customers This was our second frustrating experience at this location. The first time, they installed the wrong windshield on my Mercedes. Most recently, we brought in my husband’s Toyota Sequoia, and they failed to properly calibrate the vehicle’s sensors after the windshield replacement—forcing us to go to Toyota to get it corrected for an additional cost that State Farm had to cover. When we returned to address the issue, the manager dismissed us because he had a meeting with his boss. You would think his boss would expect customer satisfaction to come first—but clearly, that wasn’t the case. He passed us off to a technician who never resolved the problem and then left for lunch. We even had to point out wires left hanging under the steering column. The lack of accountability and professionalism here is astounding. Management should be embarrassed. We absolutely do not recommend this business and won’t be returning.
