Billy and Sal are awesome! They replaced the front windshield on my wife’s 2019 Ford Expedition while she was at work within 2 hours of contacting them! They are very professional and prompt. We also use Top Tier to replace the windshields where I’m employed at a local crane rental company and they always do great work. We never have any leaks in our cranes or haul trucks afterwards. I got quotes from five windshield repair places, and Top Tier had by far the best price. They were able to come to my driveway to replace the windshield on my van, their communication was fantastic, their price didn't change (other places gave a quote, but later on they would add taxes onto that as an "out the door" price), they arrived when they said they would, their service was efficient and thorough (right down to replacing the inspection and oil change stickers), and they gave clear instructions for taking care of the new windshield for the next few days. Absolutely incredible! Affordable and fast as heck! Literally cost less than half of what insurance or the dealership was quoting to replace my windshield. They were able to replace my windshield with one days notice. They are very communicative and on time to the appointment. I was a little late but they were still done in less than 30 minutes!! They even installed my new wiper blades! Very nice, very professional. 100% will be using them again!

Great communication, friendly staff, took about 45 mins for them to change out driver side door glass. Sure it would have been quicker but they vacuumed up all the old glass, inside the door, the floor and seats front and back! It’s doing that little extra that really makes a lasting impression!!! Not to mention they were about 25 dollars cheaper than two other businesses and they got to me first thing the next day!
