After getting the run around from the dealer on why water was coming in my headliner and I had a musty smell in my car for 2years I called RNR at the suggestion of another repair shop. They troubleshooted a few things and found the issue. They reset my windshield and sealed it properly. Who ever replaced it before I bought the car messed it up!! I have already referred all my clients to RNR before this so when my repair shop referred them too I laughed at the coincidence. I have used them before so I know they are the best around but this past experience solidified what I already knew 1000%. They are the best around! Thank you Rick and team for being honest, affordable, knowledgeable and going above and beyond for me.

Affordable, efficient, and good parts used. I had my interior rear-view mirror break, and while trying to replace the old mount for it, I ended up messing up and had a fracture going across my OEM windshield. I called around, and everyone was quoting me ~$400-$500, and I ended up calling these guys, and they quoted me less than half that. Now, I’m sure the price isn’t the same anymore, and it depends on your vehicle, etc… They ended up installing an OEM spec windshield and installed my rear-view mirror for something like $248! They were quick and did an amazing job. (This all took place over a year ago*) Overall, these people were affordable, nice, quick, and used top-notch parts. (10/10 place).PositivePunctuality, Professionalism, Value

This is my first car that has super fancy sensors to keep you from hitting pedestrians and helps you stay in your lane, so I was shocked to find out there is a whole other huge charge for making sure these sensors were in working order after a windshield replacement. I called RNR first because they are local- then, I called three other national, “big box” places to see if they are cheaper. Not only did RNR give me the BEST price (by a lot), they also said it would take a couple of hours, but the car was ready in an hour! These guys were awesome! Took time to explain everything to me on the phone, then squeezed me in even though they had a full day (it was after the storm we got from Hurricane Beryl- lots of wind!) Bottom line- they finished early and still gave me the best price. If you aren’t going here for your vehicle glass needs, you are making bad choices! RNR for the win!

Ernie was very courteous, and appointment was right on schedule. However, the accolades stop at the installer/mechanic. Fast, but not the cleanest work work. (Grease prints, glass shards left in door, poor door trim replacement etc). Subsequent work on my part showed that the arm rest had been re-attached with only one screw, there was more broken glass in the interior of the door, and the moisture barrier had been ripped off and not replaced. Worst, though, has been the attitude of the co-owner, Janet, whose response has been to dismiss it all with the claim that "I am just one of the 1% who will never be satisfied".

The staff if professional, courteous, and friendly. I was referred to Matt from one of the people that answered the phone because of his knowledge about my 95 F150. Instead of trying to charge me for a leak repair (after I installed a new rear window gasket) he told me the product to buy and use for the fix. He told me he could do it for me but he knew I could do it after installing my own window. I will use them for future glass needs and will gladly recommend them to people seeking an honest shop that is not just about money. 1 Sept 2020: Today I was a paying customer, getting a new windshield. Called in the morning and they scheduled me for 1pm. I was in right when they said and I decided to wait in their waiting area. The place is very clean (bathrooms too) and there is ample seating on comfortable couches/chairs. Plenty of magazines to read and there was even complimentary water, sodas, and cookies. Outstanding prices (cheaper than I was expecting). So far it looks great and I will check for leaks tomorrow night (24 hours). Again, I would highly recommend RNR to any of my friends/family looking for auto glass services.PositiveProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield leak repair

Pay attention people this place is all about speed, great prices and some of the best customer service you’ll ever experience. I had Rick and team replace my front windshield on my 06 Solara convertible and the job was done perfectly! The vibe from this shop was great, the speed of service lightning fast. 😉. Heck even if you don’t buy from them go by their shop and learn how customer service is done. Rick thank you Sir for running such an incredible shop!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement
