This place quoted me the best price in town . Staff is very friendly, when I first called, the guy I talked to that ran me the quote was very kind , he told me his name multiple times but I just forgot it. They scheduled me an appointment asked for a small deposit and billed me a receipt via text. The place is nice , waiting room is comfortable, couches, tv , complimentary coffee , snacks and drinks, and it's nice and cold. Juan, the installer has superior customer service, he came in told me my vehicle was ready and after I payed he stuck around walked me outside to show me what he's done and to see if I was satisfied while just being very informative and friendly. The glass was great and came already tinted.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️ the orange cat does NOT like kids! 😅 Working with Omni was a pleasant experience. I shopped around and found that prices pretty much everywhere were way more than I wanted to spend on my 10 year old sedan to replace the windshield. With their desire to stay competitive, a different rep from Omni called me and offered me something I was finally willing to pay. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and the replacement only took 30 minutes. This was lightning fast considering I had been told to expect 1.5 hours. A note to the owners, Google says that your prices start at $180 for a windshield replacement. The second rep I talked to told me that standard rate for labor to replace a windshield is already higher than that, so you need to update the information google is advertising. That’s why this experience was only 4 stars instead of 5 😊 need to update info and when told ‘he’s very friendly’ the cat then swatted my kid. 😅

Tanner and his team are a pleasure to do business with. They come when they say they will, provide excellent workmanship, are friendly, and reasonable with the price. This week we had 2 jobs for them. I got a large rock chip on my brand new Subaru! Oh the agony! I called Tanner the first thing Monday and he was able to come by and repair it. Now I can barely notice the blemish and NO new windshield! Yay! Then my husband needed a windshield and they worked with his schedule and completed the job in a very reasonable timeframe and at great price. I have known these guys for several years and recommend them to all my customers. I trust them and want the best for my customers and Tanner and team. You won’t regret doing business with this small business owner!!

I’ve had one of THOSE weeks. Everything that could go wrong was going wrong. And to add a cherry on top, kids were pitching rocks off the overpass and smashed my windshield. I made multiple appointments with a competitor shop only to arrive and be told they overbooked. I called around and got in touch with Omni. Not only did they take my car right away, but they also provided amazing customer service and updates throughout the process. They processed my insurance claim and got me back on the road. I firmly believe God sends ya angels when He sees you struggling. This time, His angels were in the form of the crew at Omni Glass. I cannot express my gratitude enough. 3-stars turned into a 5-star experience. If you have a newer vehicle, it probably has cameras that will require calibration -- this proved tough with our month-old Subaru and we were sent to the dealership to complete the work. The dealer refused to calibrate the cameras unless the glass was stamped "Subaru" and proceeded to spin an impressive number of reasons why it couldn't be done...windshield thickness, tint color, glass imperfections...etc...bunch of nonsense. Omni Glass had us come back to finish the job the next day and they were successful calibrating the cameras in about 10 minutes. Vehicle safety features all checked out and the windshield was revealed to be the same manufacturer (Fuyao) and specs as the "Subaru" stamped version used on our Ascent. In the end, this was a 3-star turned 5-star experience, due to the great price, professional service and excellent customer support. Well I had a live rear view mirror installed in my car a few months ago, when I took my car in I had no problems with my mirror. When I went to pick up my car, my rear view mirror was dangling from the windshield. They broke a piece off the base putting it back on the new windshield. They argued the fact and said they had a plastic welder and they could try to put it on that way. Um no! What for it to snap again? So I had to put a whole new rearview mirror on my car. Totally disappointed in the service I got and the way I was treated and pretty much called a liar by them. My windshield is fine but what they did was not ok in my book! I wouldn’t go to this shop, they are not respectful of your car. Ended up costing me the price of my windshield and $120 for my mirror I had to replace.
