Cody was great! I had a broken rear glass window and had to get it replaced. Of course it has been and will continue to rain. I called early this morning and there was actually a time slot available. I think Cody fit me in but I’m glad he did!! He was early, completed his job in a timely fashion and cleaned up completely with a great attitude! He also didn’t try to sell the most expensive product!!! I was pressed for time today and stressed...this company is worth the chance!!!

OMG these guys are the BEST. Excellent customer service. I had to ask them to make an adjustment for my appointment and the did, without a complaint! I have a new glass company for life...Cody, Drew and I missed the other young man's name. Extremely professional. OH, and Cody took the time to discuss something besides just my windshield AND FIX IT!!!! Talk about customer service, ABOVE AND BEYOND THANKS GUYS

I went through insurance to get my windshield fixed but they were SO responsive in getting back to me ASAP. If you call and the mailbox is full they will send you a text where you can schedule the appointment. I scheduled last week and they had my glass ordered and fit in less than 5 days and it was back on the road. They also came to my work which was extremely convenient and it took all of 45 minutes. Cody was awesome! If you want quality work done right, he’s the one you’ve been looking for. He called me back in a timely manner, got all my information and ordered my windshield. When he got to my work on time, to fix my windshield on a day that would work with my schedule. The other company had labeled the windshield wrong. He showed me on his device what had happen and he got ahold of the people and found the exact Mopar windshield that was in my truck. (If there is any problems he tells you the truth on what happened and what he can or can’t do to fix the problem.) The next week he contacted me and set up a time to meet at my work that would fit my schedule and he was there when he said he would be. He was awesome and didn’t try to tell me to go somewhere for an hour and come back. He was cool with me just talking to him while he worked and explained any question I ask wile he was working. So I don’t think I will use another glass repair service, but this one! Thanks, Mobile Glass Pros for your hard work!!
