After only one day, I'm "so far" pleased with quality of the workmanship and especially the price, best deal in my area. Would have been a five if they would have at least cleaned the dash after the installation of the new windshield...before I arrived to pick it up. They agreed to clean it after I pointed it out to them, but that should have been done before they called to tell me it was ready. I didn't have time to wait, thats why I dropped it off. It wasn't bad dirty, but definitely more dust and tiny debris, even in the mats than when I dropped it off. Ten minute wipe and vac, but that should have been on the installer, not me. If they want the ultimate customer experience, little things matter.

Do NOT go here. My panoramic sunroof exploded. I was referred here to this place , they replaced the sunroof. As I was leaving their parking lot I I activated my sunroof, immediate very loud glass crunching sounds and the shade liner was bunching up as the mechanism was retracting back. I stopped immediately and reported the issue. They told me they couldn’t get all the glass out , the glass particles are too small and they don’t have the equipment to get it all out of the tracks….and I would need to take it somewhere else??? Took it “somewhere else” and they said this is the 3rd sunroof they have had to fix because of Auto Glass Now company NOT fixing /replacing sunroofs correctly. WOW!! Auto Glass Now definitely needs more training! My apologies for such a negative but it’s the honest truth. There is no way I would recommend this place. If they couldn’t fix it, I should have been told up front. Auto Glass Now has caused me a LOT of extra time and trouble.

I have had several windshields “patched up” here with the gel insertion. They even told me up front it probably wasn’t going to work on the big break that I had, but I insisted on trying it and it held anyway. They are honest and friendly and prompt. I’ve even stopped by for small things that they wouldn’t even charge me for. Ashley Diaz took care of me. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

I wish I was informed up front how to claim on my insurance prior to the appointment. Auto glass services used to make the repair and file the claim also where the process was convenient for the client. I didn’t get informed of the new process until after I had already gotten the repair. I ended up paying out of pocket because of it. Please inform clients of the process before repairing in the future so they can make the necessary arrangements with their insurance.

0 Star Review!! Called last Monday 2/24 and got put on the schedule for a mobile repair the following day. Got a call from the tech who said the person who booked my appointment was from a different location and didn't know that the day was already full and could I reschedule for Thursday 2/27 for the 8am-1pm time frame. Thursday gets here and we wait all day. Finally call around 2:30pm and told the tech was behind schedule, so I reschedule again for Monday 3/3 8am-1pm. Monday gets here, the tech calls me twice but I couldn't answer, within 15 minutes I call back, twice, no response. We wait an hour or so, my husband calls the office and gets on with the tech. The tech was so rude! Said that he didn't have time to wait around and sent them on to the next location in Cabot. We are in Mabelvale.. he proceeds to get ugly and say that they don't even service mobile repairs (then why is your tech going to cabot?) and told us to go in store for the repair or call someone else to do it. I called the office trying to figure out what was going on if they didn't do mobile repairs then why was I originally booked for mobile, also asked if a discount could be provided for all the hassle, and was told that they couldn't do anything for us. Said we were too far out (compared to cabot? And why wasnt it a problem when i first booked?), then said they had already been out twice (to the wrong address) and would not be sending anyone again, so my options were go in store or call another company. We were patient and kind the whole time. Not even an insurance job, it was cash so easy money for them. Would not recommend after the hassle and rudeness we dealt with.

I called and requested an appointment for a chip repair but was told that I didn't need an appointment for a chip repair I could just stop by at any time. I told them the time I was planning on stopping by and they said that it would be fine and that they would have someone available. However when I got there I was told that there was no one available to fix the chip. This is now the third time I have stopped by this place and was unable to get my windshield looked at. I was also told in person that the time I stopped by is not convenient for them, which is the whole reason I called to make an appointment in the first place.
