Generations replaced my windshield and has previously filled small chips. Every time I work with them they go above and beyond. They are very kind and very professional. My windshield was done in less than four hours and was perfect. It had to be calibrated and it works just like my old one. I can’t say enough good things about this business and I refer everyone I know to them for any window issues. Very very impressed!

Great Service and Great People This is a great company to use for all your auto glass needs! They do windshield replacements and sensor calibrations, as well as crack repair! They recently fixed 3 chips on my vehicle windshield. It took less than an hour and the repair was flawless! You can't even tell there was damage. It's also great that they have a Conway location now! Very convenient. I will definitely be using Generations Auto Glass for anything I need in the future!

Our child’s “new to them” vehicle was in great need of a clear, uncracked windshield. Generations Auto Glass is owned and operated by an individual who is highly respected in several of our friend circles. I reached out to them and was delighted by the customer service of the receptionist and ease of the call. I provided the needed information and Generations Auto Glass was in MY driveway with the proper replacement 16hrs later! Both gentlemen were kind, professional, intentional and went above and beyond to explain each step and how/why precision of each step is so important. The installation was fascinating and the replacement was flawless. We received our post install instructions and ended with smiles, handshakes and loads of new to us knowledge (including learning they offer sunroof replacement) in addition to a sparkling windshield. Fantastic place to get your windshield replacement. They make it as easy as possible. I jumped the gun and called Generations Auto Glass and let them know I would need to do an insurance claim and they said no problem and gave me the info to report to my own insurance company. I called my insurance company, they contacted Generations Auto Glass, Generations Auto Glass called me and told me when the OEM glass would be delivered and asked when I’d like to bring my car. I dropped my car off that morning, a little late even, and they called me around noon to let me know my car was ready. Generations Glass had to recalibrate and deal with all the high tech stuff that goes along with replacing glass on a 22 Mercedes GLE450 but had no problems getting it handled. I didn’t have to make an extra trip to Mercedes where I know that it wouldn’t have been this simple. If you have insurance or don’t, definitely let Generations Glass handle it and save yourself money and time. Not to mention they are just kind, down to earth people that are so easy to work with.

I was referred to Generations Auto Glass by my car dealership for a windshield replacement. I was able to call and speak with Jess and make an appointment for the very next day! Once I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed in a little before they actually opened. I was taken to their second waiting room where I was able to comfortably set up my laptop and get some much needed work taken care of while I waited. The best part? The savings! I saved time and money. They finished the install an hour quicker than they quoted me which was much quicker than leaving it with the dealership all day and the cost was almost 50% less! I would definitely refer them to anyone needing their services!

Drake and Jessie. These guys are what customer service should be modeled after. They had exceptional communication skills and I even had the Oporto hear Jessie dealing with an insurance company on a customer’s behalf. Calling these guys is one of the best decision for replacing my windshield. They did the glass and reprogram all in one stop and were professional and timely.
