Honestly this was the best company I’ve ever dealt with. The communication was absolutely amazing and the ease of them coming to you is equally as amazing!!! The prices was unbeatable with any other shop in the area. I’ve already recommended them to 4 people! Everyone is so kind and the service was fast he was done within 45 minutes of getting to my location. I know for sure where I’m going if something were to happen to my windows again (hopefully nothing does happen) but IF it does. After an unsatisfactory experience with Safelite, I decided to look at Extreme 1 Auto Glass as they had really high reviews. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and they had availability that worked perfectly for my schedule. I gave them my vehicle information and received an incredibly fair quote. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than their competitors. On the day of service the technicians were prompt and on time. Very courteous and finished the work faster than expected. The end result was a perfectly installed windshield and a Happy Customer. After spending way too long going around in circles trying to book an appointment with a chain company, I decided to call Extreme 1 Auto Glass. They were able to come to our location and replace two windshields in the same appointment. It was easy to schedule with them, their office staff and technicians were extremely friendly and communicated well. We would highly recommend this service to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. My husband took our van into Extreme 1 auto to repair our driver side window a couple of weeks ago. We called around and got some estimates and they had the best price but now we are left worse off than when we brought our van in. We supplied the regulator to be replaced, which they did put in but then we were left with a dead door. The window controll unit was in working order when we brought it in for them to fix the window and now it doesn't work at all. We tried replacing the switches (as per their suggestion) on our own dime and it was not the problem. He did try calling them to see if they could fix it because it was something that happened while the van was in their possession and all he got was a "sorry for the inconvience". It is a safety hazzard not being able to adjust our mirrors, and are left trying to figure out what the problem is ourselves. The prices look great but it is not worth the outcome, would not do buisness with Extreme 1 Auto Glass again.

Called a large corporate window repair company, got quoted a price of almost $1000 online and never spoke to a real person. Called Extreme 1 and their price was just under $700 less. I talked to a real person, even had to call them back and reschedule - it was no problem. Given the price difference I was a little concerned and anxious about the quality. As soon as the work was finished all that anxiety was replaced with satisfaction. The young man who did the work was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did top notch work.
