My windshield was loose and I needed it fastened. The gentle man that dealt with me not only told me what I needed to know: also what I didn't know about the work that needed to be done. He gave me two prices concerning the job. I like how they prepared me for what could happen during the labor: but was hoping that everything would go smoothly, so I wouldn't have to pay more. Timing was the best. I dropped my car off that morning: they were finished that morning. I was surprised and impressed from beginning to end.

Just wanted to say that Danny's did a great job on the "back glass" of my wife's SUV. I hit it with a rock while trimming (weed eating) my yard. The glass was completely shattered. Danny's had great communication, polite staff answering phones, on-time work, and great quality to their work. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call, after insurance, if this ever happens again. They also work with State Farm insurance.... and I'm sure many others.

I found them online and they are absolutely amazing. They have had my car in and out of their shop within an hour. I also had my lining of my car door coming apart and had a replacement being delivered the same day. Without asking them they fixed it for me. I was in awe that they did that and didn't charge me anything. I didn't even notice until I received my mail that day and opened the door. I highly recommend them, and they have the best rates. I have great insurance but it was cheaper to get it replaced without it. They went above and beyond for me and they already had great reviews so it was without a doubt that they were the perfect place to go to. They have amazing polite staff, very friendly and welcoming.

The older gentleman with glasses (sorry I don't remember his name) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in working on my son's Honda to find the leak in his car. He tested the windshield and that wasn't the problem, but he kept looking and actually discovered a small crack in the weld near the windshield. He and another employee put sealant in the crack, retested for leaks and it didn't leak! If they hadn't looked further, my son would have had to take his car to a body shop and it would have cost him so much more and he's on a limited budget. I am truly impressed and very appreciative of all they did for us. THANK YOU!!!

Stopped by inquiring as to a strip of rubber at the bottom of my rear window that was starting to come off. A technician came out to look at it and said it was dealer part. On a car you buy it's all a dealers part. He droned on about what types of epoxies that I could use to fix it on my own which went right over my head as I never had heard of such epoxies. That is why I brought it in for the experts to deal with in the first place! I was left with the distinct impression they just didn't want to deal with me. On a whim I went down the road to Auto Glass Now (in Hampton). The technician came out and repaired it within 10 minutes. That was customer service!

Okay so I cracked my windshield in December & I scheduled service with Safelite and by April they STILL didn’t have my windshield in stock & kept giving me the run around. I called Danny’s on Monday & on Tuesday i got a call to schedule an appointment on Wednesday! Fast forward to the appointment I was EXTREMELY late & distraught when I got to my appointment due to personal issues I’d had that made me late. Everyone was SO kind and patient and fit me in when they could’ve made me reschedule. They worked quickly and they were even able to keep my state inspection decal & car wash membership decal on the windshield & i was anticipating having to replace both. I am SO grateful to the staff and especially Debbie for her kind understanding nature !
