BEWARE THIS COMPANY LIES AND ATTEMPTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. I took my car in for a nickel sized crack in the windshield, I was told as long as it was under a quarter size it could be fixed, if larger then expect to replace. One of the guys in the bay looked at the car came back told the receptionist it would have to be replaced as it was greater than a quarter size. I stated no it was not as I measured it before making a 30-minute commute to the business. He then changed his words to state "well it's the lines that are larger than a quarter, it will bust if we try to fix it." I stated again "that is not correct it is under the size of a quarter lines and all, I measured it before coming in." The receptionist who was unprofessional and on her phone while handling business asked me did I want to go through insurance. I stated "no if he's saying it needs to be replaced what is the price without insurance." She stated $800 with calibration. An actual Toyota certified windshield quote was $400 for a replacement so why would I pay double for an aftermarket windshield? Little did they know just how much shopping around I had done before coming in. I asked her to please give me my key and I would do business elsewhere. She slid the key across the counter at me. I left the building proceeded to call Danny's auto glass where the nickel sized crack in my windshield was replaced by PROFESSIONALS who treated me with dignity and respect and I was in and out in 20 minutes $75.00 later. DO NOT LET THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS SCAM YOU THE WAY THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME TODAY. BEWARE!!!!!!! No wonder why the bays were empty and business slow, HONESTY is always the best policy.

I had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Now in Hampton, and while the work was done well, what really stood out was the exceptional service I received from Jasmine. Working with Jasmine was an absolute pleasure! she was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced. She coordinated everything with my insurance company and took care of all the details, making the process smooth and stress free. I truly felt like she cared and listened. I honestly wish I had her handling all my service needs! I’m still working with them to address a few minor chips, so I can’t speak to the final outcome on that just yet, but so far the service has been solid. As for the in person experience, it could use a little improvement. It wasn’t bad …the team did their job and my windshield was replaced well, but the level of service didn’t quite match the outstanding interaction I had with Jasmine over the phone. Also, the door made a very loud, unpleasant noise when opening and closing, and the waiting area could definitely use some TLC. Again not terrible, but could really be easily made a little better. Overall, Jasmine made this experience with Auto Glass Now in Hampton a truly positive one, and her dedication and care made all the difference

I do not recommend this company, as they may break perfectly working parts. I brought my 2018 Subaru to Auto Glass Now in Hampton, Virginia, for the replacement of the shattered front driver window. The initial quote for the approximately 2-hour job was just under $300, which is reasonable. I checked in at the front desk and subsequently handed over my vehicle. While observing the techs progress from outside, I noticed that he was seemingly distracted and engaged in conversation with a female colleague. After about 45 minutes, the techs informed me that he was unable to proceed with the window replacement due to a broken motor/regulator. Auto Glass Now's solution involves I buy the replacement motor/regulator priced at $260.00 (P/N 61041VA011) from Subaru which I would need to provide for them to install along with the new window. When inquiring about the cause of the motor/regulator failure, the techs claimed that glass debris had infiltrated the sealed unit, an explanation which I find dubious after researching it an all-metal part (picture included). Based on my experience, the other well-known windshield replacement company is more professional and takes utmost care with your vehicle. Called them today 03 May 2024 and they are not going to fix it and just said sorry. Very unprofessional manager!

Great job on the window and installation. My issue is Safelite was running a special $100 off their premium service and they also had a coupon code that I was able to use with the premium discount. They were also going to waive the mobile service fee. The cost was still more than your cost with all the discounts so I made the appointment with you. When we called we asked the customer service person that set our appointment would you honer the $50 off coupon code from Safelite and she said no that she could do 5% off. I ended up having to use an Uber to drop it off and pick it up so that made the cost about the same. I was all good with the outcome until I received a $50 off coupon code from you in my email the day after. You should have just honored the other coupon code or not even sent me a coupon code for what I was originally asking.

They were the cheapest. And because I was cheap. I ended up with my windshield not being installed properly. When I saw the area in question my father immediately returned to the shop only to be talked down to and told by the front desk girl that I did the damage. Now let's think about that. Why would I damage my own car? She tells my dad I pulled the area out. The area is where my microphone is for phone calls. That area was not put back the way it should have been. And she said I went home pulled the area apart. Make that make sense. I paid for the job unfortunately it wasn't done properly. I'm within my right to have the work done correctly. So they go back and forth and she stands him down. She doesn't install the windshields. Yet she decides I'm wrong. She never asked anyone there that installs the windshields. She played gatekeeper. So I'm driving around with a windshield not installed properly. I was thinking of disputing the charge because I didn't get what I paid for. Don't be cheap, stop thinking it's a good deal. Pay the extra money and have it installed properly somewhere else. So you can avoid nightmares like mine. I DO NOT recommend them. Stay far away from them because if there is a problem they will not stand by their work. I see the excellent reviews and that may be true but if you ever have an issue with the work they won't accept responsibility. Wonder what corporate would say? Because the front desk girl just won't get the job done properly.

The mechanic that installed the windshield did Excellent work, and once he pulled my vehicle into the bay, took only 25 minutes. The receptionist on the other hand, has horrible customer service skills. When I walked into the facility, she was texting on her cellphone and did not hear me enter, I gave her 30 seconds, and she didn't notice me until I said, "Excuse Me", which caused her to jump out her chair. After she regroup, she started asking me questions, but she kept her eye on her cellphone, so I stopped answering her. When she noticed I wasn't answering, then she looked at me, and I told her, I thought she was talking to her cellphone. Appointment was at 1pm, I arrived at 12:44 pm. My car was pulled into the bay at 2 pm, and the mechanic started working on it at 2:12 pm. I was out at 2:42 pm.
