Colorado Springs Auto Glass

Worst service ever! We called 5 days in advance to have my windshield replaced and they set up an appointment for us to come in. We arrived for the appointment and waited for 2 hours and then they told us the glass did not come in. We were very frustrated but of course it got worse. We rescheduled for a week and a half later so that the glass could be delivered. And because of the previous issues we called 2 days in advance to verify the glass had arrived. It had and they promised it would get done. We brought the car in for our second appointment and again sat around for another 2 hours. When we were told that the technician who could do the glass had decided to leave for the day and that they couldn't do it. I explained that I'm moving out of state the following week and we had already spent 2 weeks waiting to get the windshield installed and had sat around for another 2 hours just like before. They said they couldn't do it and gave us the keys and told us to leave. Now I'm stuck without a replaced windshield and moving out of state after they've wasted 4 hours of our time waiting around as well as 2 weeks waiting for glass and screwing us. The technician we dealt with was named Gabe. He was extremely unhelpful and uncaring and should not be working with the public. Run away!!!!!

I’m so thankful we found them! I contacted a few other windshield repair shops around the area this morning with no luck until I found this business! Not only was the man I talked to through here very friendly, he was knowledgeable and quick with an estimate. The fact they were able to order and get a windshield quickly for a more “difficult/particular” vehicle really sets them apart from other repair shops I’ve been to before.Thank you guys! They were able to do our full windshield repair same day for an amazing price and they walked my husband through the process and what he needed to do while it sets. I will recommend them to my local friends and whoever travels through Colorado Springs! The whole process was smooth and it’s very obvious that they care about their work and their customers. Great business! 👍

I originally gave this business 5 stars. At first glance it was a great experience… then it rained and the water was leaking into my car above 2 spots on the upper part. I took it in to have it looked at and the front desk associate was uncaring & rude. Then they couldn’t find the leak by spraying a little water on it (yet when it was pouring all day, the thing was soaked) so they refused to fix it. The seal over the top is totally messed up and he says it’s cosmetic. The windshield was not put in properly. This place takes your money & completely scams a job well done. Now I have to take it elsewhere and spend more money. If the OWNER cares at all, contacting me should be top priority. I’m taking this to court, the bbb, anywhere I can go.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I went to get our windshield replaced and instead of taking off TWO screws.. They broke our windshield cowl! You can clearly see tool marks all along one side were they tried to pry it off and on the other side it’s completely broken. We went back in and complained and the loser at the front desk made every excuse in the book and said there was nothing he could do about it! This is a 200$ part!! Also, it smells like a dispensary in there! Do not recommend! Prime example of Cheaper is not always better!

There is a reason this place is cheap, go to a quality business. I went in a couple weeks ago to ask about tinting. The gentleman who I originally spoke to was helpful but stated his tinter wouldn’t be in for another week. I called back and set up an appointment with a woman who confirmed a date and time. When I showed up for my appointment, a different man was at the front counter who appeared confused and stated “it’s hard to tint on a day like this”. He then walked off, came back and said the tinter was still in California for another week. He provided no discount, solution or apology for the lack of organization and communication. Didn’t even call me ahead of time to reschedule or save my time. Don’t waste your time at this place. Horrible customer service.

I was unfortunate enough to have my window smashed by someone.. This business seemed to be one of the best around, so I contacted them online. My appointment was made in less than 24 hours using the online chat, in the very next day I went to the shop, got my window replaced in about 45 minutes for an affordable price. Life warranty on their glass. Front desk gentleman was very nice and welcoming, they do have A/C in the waiting room so it's not hot while waiting.
