Auto Glass Now

I was surprised at how quickly I got my appointment. I brought my car to there location knowing that it could take a while to replace my windshield because of them having to calibrate my safety systems. .my car went into shot at exactly 10 am and was totally surprised when the work was complete at 10:50 am. I was told that 2 people worked on my car. Great place to have a windshield. Also my insurance company, USAA told me that this was one of their favored companies. I know why. 🙂

Dont recommend. I made a appointment asked all about zip payment method they once say had to get approved to I was approved then when we came back i had to pay the whole price. Teach the blonde how to explain things more before clocking out. I even told her we already talked about the paynent thing. If i would of knew i would of not gotta one there. False advertisement for sure. And it said 80% off online yet no one said anything about that either. Worse experience was trying to make a deal or payments NOT have my family struggle from misunderstanding. Left us with 40 bucks for whole week. I will not be back ever. Window replacement is good works like any other glass. But customer service blows chunks.

This week, we took our Honda Fit to AGN to get a new windshield installed. I had called first, and talked to Sasha, who was very helpful. Before we solidified our appointment, she checked to see if the part was in stock. It wasn't, but in a couple of days it arrived, and I was able to drop off my vehicle at 8 A. M., run some other errands with my husband, and my car was ready before lunch! Everyone at their shop was very friendly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable for those that wait while the work is done. This was the 3rd time we've used AGN for our car window needs, and we were extremely pleased, as always! 💙

Nobody takes responsibility for anything here. They didn’t seal my windshield, they tore up the rubber trim and my carpet is soaked and smells like mildew from the storms that just came through. Called to have it sealed and they agreed to meet me, wrote down the address for where I was and everything, then called and said they could make time for me at 1pm and that I had to be onsite. Refused to get me in after 3 because I was at work and they said they couldn’t do anything before 1. Very unprofessional, the first windshield they replaced for a company I worked for, I watched the guy sit down and KICK the windshield onto the motor, left glass shards EVERYWHERE in the truck. Would NOT recommend.

Apart from the fact that they left me stains of black glue on the inside, they cut the packaging badly on the outside and they used a simple glue for something that they removed on the outside and I lost the sky packaging of my Truck, the person in charge of this area tried to say that he did not have it when I showed photos he said that he would ask for it, he thinks about it later for a month waiting every week they said they would call me and they never called me, Now that I call, they tell me that they have never bought or ordered it and they literally will not take care of parts that are lost from your vehicle because they start by saying that you do not have them as soon as you You know that your car has and that my car is not 2022 and he only showed a great lack of interest in it to repair or facilitate it... If you are not going to want to do your job, do not do it because now I have to buy something that you, in your carelessness and little thought and not using cheap glue, become the pieces that move... Can see the pics maybe u stop to Say i no have this last days April change this and two days later Lost the plástic soo be more Nice when i try be nice to.. mind In answer tnks

DO NOT GO HERE! The day after I had work done here, I noticed my car had been wrecked on the passenger side while at their shop by whoever employed by them drove it (the small parking lot was jam packed so I had to park next door upon asking them) I didn’t notice the damage at pick up because my drivers side was facing their door and I didnt walk around my car. They damaged my rear wheel as well as my rear bumper. I drove 30 mins back to show a manager the damage. They were supposed to call me the following business day and didnt so I gave them an extra day before reaching back out. They don’t have cameras but a second manager(I never heard from the top manager again)returned my call saying I could come view the pawn shops footage from next door so I immediately drove 30 mins back for him to show me a blurry picture of a video on his phone he had taken of the pawn shops screen and let me know he could no longer show me the footage he had called me 30 minutes prior telling me to come see. Filter to 1 star reviews and you’ll find several stories about their other botch jobs and instances of damaging peoples vehicles and not making it right. My windshield was about $100 cheaper than using safelite’s mobile service which will not cover my court filing fees and/or possible repair fees if it comes down to me being responsible for fixing the damage they did.
