Just returned home from a trip to Chattanooga. Our windshield was damaged while traveling through Atlanta. We knew we had to get it fixed. From the time our insurance agent worked with Helen at the front desk until the time we picked it up, it was less than 24 hours to get it replaced and re-calibrated. I had a driver’s side window that had to be replaced. They could not have more courteous or friendly. They made the experience perfect. They replaced the window in less than 30 minutes (I’ve had oil changes take longer). The insurance covered the cost, but it was still much less expensive than I had thought.
