I called and they had space same day to replace the window. They also had the cheapest price I found in the Chattanooga area..The staff was very considerate, kind, and FAST! Had a great experience today. After trying unsuccessfully over3 weeks to get my windows fixed by “the big guys” I decided to give up and try Auto Glass Express. I m so happy I did. They got me in right away, they had the correct parts and got me out in about an hour. My window is as good as new. They charged me $100 less than the big guys and the customer service was impeccable. Ashley at the front desk and Dylan the technician were both very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return should I need to. I highly recommend. Also, this is a local business. Let’s support these guys instead of the big corporations.

I called several places when my rear window was suddenly smashed, and not only were the staff at Auto Glass Express really pleasant to talk to but they also gave me the most competitive quote of the three places I talked to—nearly $100 less expensive! They have a nice lobby to wait in with complementary snacks and coffee (bonus!) and the work was done extremely well in even less than the 90 minutes they predicted for the full replacement of my rear window. I will definitely come back here again for any auto window replacement need because the cost, service and turnaround time seem hard to beat!

Great Service! I called in the morning around 8am to have my window regulator replaced. Ashley told me she was able to get me in at 3:00 the same day! They had little key tags with my name on it prepared when I came in. It is a calming environment, they offer refreshments, wifi and they are fast. It also smells so good! I was in and out in less than an hour. I would come back again for my future needs and would recommend 100% to someone needing their services.
