I used Auto Glass Now's Little Rock, AR location on Broadway at the recommendation of my insurance company for my sunroof repair. This was my first experience with them and I was not only pleased, but impressed with the service I received. Brett was great about keeping me updated on the progress of my glass coming in through both phone call and text. On the day of the install, service was efficient and friendly. I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Auto Glass Now. They really went above and beyond for me. I got the windshield on my BMW 328i replaced by them and there was a crack in the glass from the supplier. They ordered a new one and discounted me $50 for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the person on the phone must have heard X3 not 3 series meaning they had ordered the wrong windshield. The shop manager Brett was incredibly helpful and offered to overnight it and honor the originally quoted price. This is above and beyond customer service and they replaced it the next day and even found my sunroof was clogged causing water to enter my car which I had assumed was due to my cracked windshield. I will be using them for any auto glass needs in the future and have recommended them to my dad. When he heard about my experience he called that day to have them replace the windshield on my mother’s Jeep Wrangler. Can’t recommend them enough Brett is an outstanding shop manager and James is a fantastic tech.

I shopped around for quotes to replace my truck back windshield (lawn mower threw a rock). AGN was middle of the pack, and way less than a national brand shop. The staff is great and my truck was completed earlier than expected. They even vacuumed the broken glass pieces from my back seat and the truck bed. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Brett Billingsley and the team at Auto Glass Now for their exceptional service and persistence in resolving a very challenging windshield replacement issue on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The process started on October 18, 2024, when I first had my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, my vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and lane alignment system malfunctioned. Auto Glass Now immediately acknowledged the issue and began troubleshooting. Over the next several months, they replaced the windshield three separate times in an attempt to fix the issue. Despite their best efforts, the problem persisted, and it became clear that the replacement windshields were not properly aligned, possibly due to an issue with aftermarket glass. At that point, Brett recommended switching to an OEM windshield directly from Honda, which seemed to be the best solution. Unfortunately, this is where the timeline became extended—due to a manufacturing defect on Honda’s end—which caused significant delays in getting the correct OEM glass. While this was out of Auto Glass Now’s hands, they continued to cover the cost of the three replacements, and Brett was a key point of contact throughout, keeping me updated and offering alternative solutions when necessary. After seven long months, on April 29, 2025, the correct OEM windshield was finally installed, and all systems were calibrated and functioning properly after a final visit on May 28, 2025. While the situation was frustratingly drawn out, Auto Glass Now’s team showed nothing but professionalism, persistence, and integrity, ensuring that I wasn’t left with any out-of-pocket expenses and that my concerns were addressed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services. They may not be able to control every aspect of supply chain issues, but they definitely took care of me like a priority.

I came back 11 months after having to replace my back window again. You all did a wonderful job trust me but I do not like being lied to. I took a picture this morning before heading to you all to get my window fixed. When I picked it up I find that whomever installed my window, they put a whole in my tail gate rear light at the top. That hole was NEVER there when I went to go drop it off. I was told “something must’ve hit it” yeah, one of your people in the back used a flat head screw driver or some kind of tool and jabbed at my tail light. This is on your hands because I have proof that my tail light was not like this before. I’m highly disappointed that you lied to me about it, instead of owing up to your mistake.

I was gonna reschedule but someone called and told me to come on in...so I did & when I got there one of the guys was kinda rude...ask me if I could tell time... there is no way you should treat a PAYING Customer this way ..this was my 2nd time having a tint job done with you guys Briena was very nice and friendly needless to say the 1st visit was far more pleasant than the 2nd one.. I hope there is consistency in how you treat your customers...or I will not be returning..*!!!
