I've been using Auto Glass Genie for over a year now. Daniel has always been professional and has even fit me in same day with short notice to fix my windshield. He has even come to my work and replaced my windshield. Excellent customer service! I have a busy schedule so I'm thankful for Daniel going to extra mile and coming to my work or even picking up my car. I will always recommend his business to anyone that asks!

I had a troubling experience at Auto Glass Genie that I feel compelled to share. Shortly after my visit to this auto glass repair shop, my credit card information was compromised. I noticed unauthorized and unusual transactions on my account that had never occurred before. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and concern. While the quality of service at Auto Glass Genie might be satisfactory, the security of their payment processes appears to be seriously lacking. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to be cautious and monitor their financial accounts closely after any transactions with this establishment. All fraudulent transactions began after using my CC at this shop. Also, the employee used his cellphone to charge my CC. That can not be called a secure system.

I am a bus driver for a school district in NW Arkansas. Had to have a rear window on the bus I was driving replaced. Daniel and crew came to where the bus was, assessed the situation. They made a temporary fix so I could use to get students to their destination. Next day he had replacement window and installed on bus. Super friendly and professional. Daniel mentioned that he was a bus driver at one time. He knows the importance of taking care of students and made us a priority. Thank you for making this situation hassle free.

My rear windshield broke and a friend recommended me to this shop, because their prices were affordable. I called on Monday 8th, the owner took my call and told me that I could bring my car later that day to replace my windshield. An hour before the appointment, I received a text saying that they couldn't get the glass from their regular supplier, so they were going to have to order it and it wouldn't arrive until the next day. He also informed me that it was going to be $80 extra bucks from the previously price. It was still my best option in price and delivery time, so we set an appointment for the next day. Due to the bad weather, they informed me that my windshield wouldn’t be delivered that day and that it would not arrive until Friday… Okay parenthesis here: so I have another car that had a busted window and I had previously ordered that window online, so I asked if they could install that window, they do offer that service so we settled another appointment. Unfortunately we didn’t ordered the right window, so after a few attempts to install the glass, we realized that it wasn’t fitting right and they had to reinstall the door panel but obviously without the window. Even so, I had to pay for the service… The owner very kindly helped me cover my window with temporary plastic. I thought everything was cool, but then when I got home and tried to open the door (by the side that had the busted window) I realized that they had not installed the panel correctly, and now the door won’t open from inside, it’s like if the handle was off. Anyway, I informed the owner of this situation and he asked me to bring the car back to fix it. Friday came, and finally they had received my windshield. They did the installation that same day and everything seemed fine. The next morning, when we got into the car to go to work, we realized that the rear windshield was broken once again!! We couldn't explain it, and we contacted the owner one more time, he told us that due to the snowfall, there wasn't much we could do until the roads were open and he could come check the car. He asked us for photos of the damage and compromised to contact us as soon as he could… The days passed and we had no response from him, so my husband called him to check what was going to happen next… however at this moment all the good attitude he had shown before, disappeared completely! My husband mentioned that it was impossible for this to happen again, much less the next day. My husband told him that maybe the installation wasn’t proper, just as they didn’t install the door panel of the other car correctly last time, and that that’s probably why it broke again so soon. The owner, with a very bad attitude and very upset, told him that it was impossible that his installation wasn’t good… that surely something hit the glass and that’s why it had broken once again, told us that he had some family matters to attend to before he could follow up with us and asked us once again for the photos and our address to come and check the damage (which is completely impossible, because the glass broke and fell all over the back sit)... It's been 7 days and they haven't contacted us to follow up. There is no response to calls or messages. I am totally disappointed. I didn't expect them to give me a new windshield for free, we could have reached an agreement that suits us both, but clearly he didn't have the desire to fix this. So sad cause I was really thrilled with them and I even made a nice review.

I had Daniel replace my windshield of my vehicle. I don’t know what was going on that day however he bent most of the trim panels and used the wrong seal because the weather trim had to be replaced. He put screws that were wherever into the trim panel and worst the windshield was crack because of improper installation. I do not express myself to Daniel but will not advise. C4 corvette windshield is difficult to replace but it can be done. Just need some patience.
