[VIDEO AND VOICE RECORDING AVAILABLE, on horrible service and what both workers tried to cover while I was in the back shop area] I brought my vehicle over to Tommy’s Auto Glass to replace my cracked windshield as I noticed they had good reviews and upon speaking to someone over the phone they mentioned they have experience working on these types of vehicles with sensors and cameras. The person also mentioned it would be a simple plug and play operation were they do not need to remove the sensors but only tape them out of the way. Additionally the person mentioned they would replace my windshield with the correct OEM (original) windshield and quoted me $785.01. Given other companies did not have any availability I decided to take my vehicle in the next morning per the appointment time. Upon my arrival I let them know my vehicle is brand new and expressed concerns once more. I was reassured with “15 years of experience” so they replaced the windshield and advised me they are bringing my car out to me as soon as they are done wiping it down. I paid and walked over to my car and I noticed immediately the inside was completely dirty with small random parts on the passenger side door. As I was driving off I noticed my rear view mirror was chipped/ damaged and small pieces of glass right underneath per the pictures. I turned my wipers on to automatic setting and I received a “system malfunction”. I quickly brought my vehicle back and asked to speak with someone regarding these issues. The worker said they had marked down the glass was already chipped but they could not prove it to me. Also they did not know why my car was now giving me an error or could not explain the small parts left behind. I asked the workers why there was not pre inspection report done where I can sign off on but no response. The person I spoke with ask me to contact the owner over email. (EMAIL THREAD added to this email) after several back and forth attempts (multiple trips) to speak to someone (even with an appointment) I was not able to resolve this matter and no further contact was made my the business. I took my car to the dealership to have my car reconfigured and repaired. The dealership mentioned the windshield was not OEM as it was an aftermarket part. The third party (TOMMYS AUTO GLASS) did not appropriately adjust my sensors and cameras. My car was reconfigured and my rear view mirror was fixed but now I had to pay more money as a result of their inexperience I am now following up with the BBB and Texas DMV to help me with complaints and investigation.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I want to share my great experience with Apex Auto Glass and the excellent windshield replacement service I received. Chris did an outstanding job—he completed the replacement in just 30 minutes on a Saturday after I stopped by the day before. The results exceeded my expectations, leaving my vehicle looking like new. Chris was courteous and professional, and the pricing was very competitive—more affordable than other local shops I contacted. The entire team displayed a high level of knowledge and professionalism, which made the whole process even more impressive. I highly recommend Apex Auto Glass to my family, friends, and anyone in need of reliable automotive glass repair.

James helped out, super wonderful and communicative. He walked me through the whole process , told me how the process works. Super friendly, and the prices are so much better. I was looking for along time to find a good shop that has decent prices and good service. This shop has blown my mind with their service and prices. Definitely recommend this places to everyone!!!!

The latest storm that dropped a bunch of hail resulted in some significant damage and needed to get my windshield replaced. Submitted a quote request and got it within a few minutes. Relatively cheap compared to other shops so I chose to go with these guys and I'm glad I did. I was in and out within 45 min and they did a fantastic job! They are super friendly and very efficient! Hopefully i don't have to come back, but if I needed another window repaired or if anyone else I know does, I will definitely be recommending this team!

I had a very disappointing experience with Apex/Tommy's Glass. I brought my 2018 Subaru Outback in for a windshield replacement, and while the service itself was done, I noticed scratches on my dashboard after they returned my vehicle. It was in exceptional condition before the appointment! Now I'm left with damage that was clearly caused while in their care. Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably through multiple phone calls and emails, the staff has been unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility for the damage. They have outright refused remedying the situation and actually had the nerve to ask me to provide time-stamped photos of the dashboard before they did the work! I am now forced to take legal action to get compensation for the repairs. I can't recommend this place if you value your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Visiting my son in San Antonio and out of nowhere flying debris from the highway ended up shattering the rear left passenger window on my truck. We called 3 places but Apex was the only place that made sure to squeeze us into a slot within an hour and in less than 45 minutes the window was replaced. The guys at Apex were really professional and the communication was on point. I highly recommend them.
