After an unfortunate incident and a smashed rear window for a 10 year old car. I contacted insurance and the big names, they all quoted me my deductible or for the part alone $1700. I gave Aloha Mobile Glass a call after a week of dealing with insurance and getting no where. He answers he has the window in stock says he can be there in an hour. Window installed stellar work and unbelievably time efficient and his prices at least in my circumstance shocked me compared to competitors. After two weeks of a nightmare, he solved the issue within two hours of me giving him a call. Can't reccomend his services enough. Great experience from start to finish! I had a small chip in my windshield that I didn’t notice, that became a small crack and within a week it was halfway across my windshield. I called Ashton and we set up a day for him to come to my office to replace my windshield. Very professional in every way. It was done in less than an hour and the work was impeccable. I’d definitely recommend this local company over other larger mobile glass companies…and the cost was similar to those other big companies.

Very, very, very unprofessional, very, very rude !!! talks over you on the phone... Spent days trying to get him to show up for a very very simple task and he basically waisted my time. Claiming I didn't send and address Well !! I was planning to send him my address the morning of our appointment day ... guess I wasn't important enough for him to actually show up This joker has the nerve to call me on the phone to argue about it... very very rude !!! Pick a different glass guy. This one needs an attitude adjustment

Tried to schedule an appointment with Ashton. After my calls haven't been answered or returned for 2 days. I finally texted him thank you but you don't seen reliable and I don't want to work with you. He finally replied and said, "I don't feel like working with you either because you seem like an idiot." Super rude when I was very patient in trying to get my window done. 0 stars. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called for one of my customers who needed help. He was busy & I told him my buddy really needed the help. Ashton was in town & showed up in Kailua in 1 hour. He gave us a great price & did the job in 35 minutes. He professionally removed the window, removed the old rubber, cleaned all the surfaces & installed the new windshield & the new rubber. Amazing service! Called him the day before to make an appointment and then he came by the following morning. He replaced my windshield on my 1997 Mazda Miata. Absolutely amazed at how quick he worked, he had finished in about 35-40 minutes. Super affordable too! Way cheaper than going to safelite to be honest and he comes to you!
