Ace Auto Glass McCully

Ace Glass handled my windshield replacement. Within an hour, I was referred from their Kaneohe branch to their McCully branch (due to recalibration). I was able to book a repair and drop off my car within 2 days. They explained exactly what they would do and answered any questions I had. Karen. (Office) kept me abreast of progress made repairing car and handled all the paperwork. The team was very professional. Needless to say I’m very happy with the repair and services Ace provided.

Best Glass Replacement Shop on Oahu! Extremely nice over the phone and helpful setting up appointments. Professional, courteous and friendly. I always look forward to encounters with them. They helped me out with my window after my car was broken into 3 weeks ago. They installed the crash wrap in the meantime before my window part arrives. In general prefer to deal with local small business vs. national franchises with vigorous marketing campaigns. Having called all the independent local auto glass shops, with no response, I called Ace Auto Glass after filling out their on-line quote request. Within minutes, I had a firm quote and an appointment the next morning. Their level of customer service, professionalism and delivery went far beyond my expectations. Back in 2017, I had to install new door window after someone broke it. Searched for business who can install new window and found Ace Auto Glass. They were fast with their work but hope they are being more careful with customer's vehicles. After service, I found oil stain on my car seat.

Super easy to deal with. Location was close to my work so I just dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. There was a mix up with the windshield I needed, but they worked it out and made it right. Definitely recommend them.

Ace Auto Glass on Betetania was outstanding. There were frustrating complications with my install (leaks) that turned out to not be coming from their windshield install. But thru it all they were outstanding. Super nice, professional, patient, diligent and genuine in their efforts to help me resolve the issue and find the source of the leak. Excellent local company.
