I just want to say these guys are legit!!! I had to replace my driver power window for my Tacoma. They don’t Overcharge people. I got a quote from another company and he said it would have been doubled compared to Ace Auto which w/tax! The guy was so nice when I just asked roughly how long will it take because I’m debating if I should stay or leave due to my husband had to go work. He said I can do yours first and roughly about an hour! He only took 35 mins!!!! My gosh this local family operated business take care of their customers!!! GO SEE THEM!!!! I called a few places but this place had some of the best reviews. Lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and she managed to get me in that day,so quick in fact that I was unprepared,so I asked for an appointment early the next day and they fit me in. I arrived at my appointment and planned to leave my car there all day but they managed to find a part to fix my window quickly and I got to take it home later the same day. My window had jumped off the track and broken a few components,they fixed it all at a price I thought was more than fair. I finally got to drive home on the highway with the widows rolled down because I wanted to,not because I had to😂

Ace Auto Glass takes pride in replacing your broken window. Our vehicle had the window vandalized while parked. We called Ace Auto Glass and they were able to verify the availability of the window in stock and we're able to replace it perfectly the next morning. They even take the time to vacuum the broken glass out of the car. Amazing service.

4/29/23 - Update: The Boss called me a few days after the incident and apologized. He mentioned that the window tech did not follow procedures. The tech should have inspected the window prior to taking the car keys from us. He also confirmed that the window should not have been installed if there were defects/scratches on the window. He made things right by purchasing a new window from the dealership and installing the new window on their dime. I appreciate him for being honest, taking responsibility, and doing the right thing. Issues were taken care of quickly and not left ongoing. Thank you 4/8/23 - Had to replace couple door windows however the door windows have a factory low E coating and must be purchased from the car dealership. Windows were purchased at the dealership and we had Ace Auto Glass Kalihi take car of the install. Before handing over the keys, the installer looked at the glass to ensure it would fit.After the install was finished, we were notified that there were some existing scratches to the coating. I was told that the installer noticed the scratches prior to installing. It was very suspicious that they didnt call me before installing. Also didnt understand why they would install a defective window in the first place. To be very clear, they were not able to prove that the scratches were there prior to handing the keys over. Regardless of how the scratches got there, the lady receptionist, who I was the only person i dealt with / talked to,did a terrible job of handling the situation. She got really defensive and ultimately made the me even more suspicious. The decisions made throughout this entire situation makes it impossible for me to believe anything other than they scratched it and will not take responsibility. I never wrote a review on yelp before but I need to let everyone know my experience here. We will never return here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to bring their car here for the simple reasons listed below: 1. Incapable of solving problems. Mainly not knowing what to do when issues come up. We should have been notified as soon as the installer noticed the scratch. It looks like they were trying to hide something when they notice scratches prior to install but do not notify the customer until after they installed the defective window. I 2. Customer service was terrible. It was obvious the receptionist did not know how to act towards and speak to customers 3. Untrustworthy. I strongly believe that i’m being lie to but, if the story of what happened is true, why wait till after the install to notify the customer. Why install a defective window without letting the customer know. Why get so defensive? Took my truck in today to have them seal my window, due to a leak i assumed was in the center of the top of the windshield. They then call me to say they did a water test, which when I called to make the appointment they didnt mention that they would charge $99.00. I already know that there is a leak, I just need to know if its from my windshield. They stated it is coming from my roof. I cannot believe they charging me $100 bucks to pour water on my roof to tell me I have a leak. I then ask, if they marked where the leak is, at least and they did not. What a rip off. I recommend never using their services.

My daughter is a student living in Honolulu and I live in L.A.. A thief broke a window to steal some items in her car. She had just started a new nursing program so I did the leg work for her. I called numerous auto glass companies, left messages and no return calls. The woman at ACE was very helpful, checked her inventory to confirm the one they had, she called me back and then called my daughter to confirm the appointment time. The install was done in a timely and professional manner.
